The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

This peaceful house is located on a dead-end road 5 minutes from Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, 30 min from Asheville, 25 min from Hendersonville, and 25 min from Black Mountain. Relax & enjoy some quiet time at the lake. Beautiful renovated home on the main channel of Douglas Lake boasts majestic sunsets, clean mountain waters, & plenty of wildlife. Kayaks are available or rent a pontoon at the marina. Water level highest between May/August. 130ft dock! CHECK TVA WEBSITE FOR WATER LEVELS. The water is lower in cold months. 17m to exit 407 Pigeon Forge/Gburg. No pets. No locals. We do not suggest you bringing your boat unless you’re skilled at backing down an incline.

This is a new custom built log home. It has a wonderful Lodge feel with a hint of the West and South West. It has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, a wonderful living room, with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv with Dish. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.

We area a pet friendly rental with a limit of 2 pets per visit but NO pet fee because we have found that pet owners are very considerate of our cute cabin so thank you and enjoy your stay.
