Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. Val was friendly, accessible, and so incredibly kind and knowledgable of the area. When entering the property the first thing you see are horses and mini-horses and you immediately know it's going to be a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The apartment we stayed in was on the 3rd floor (take stairs into consideration if that's a problem for you) and much larger than we expected based on the pictures. If you visit during the summer, the space is air conditioned via window units but that ended up being nice as we had more control over temps in the various rooms. The beds were comfortable and we even used the air mattress which was a nice sturdy double height option for our son. We also took advantage of the horse riding (and unicorn) experience separately and every single part was magical. Everyone had an amazing time. If you're looking for a friendly country setting with quick access to Lancaster county tourist options this is the place.

Stayed for a few nights for an anniversary road trip and it was a lovely stay. Great for a couple or solo traveler. We were able to utilize the hot tub anytime which was very relaxing and there were two very friendly dogs to greet us whenever we came back from an outing to Lancaster. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Host was very responsive to any issues that arose. We would definitely stay again in the future.
