Great size for two people and close to downtown and overall centrally located. Bed comfortable. Road is right next to place and neighbors go up and down fast ( and at times loudly) Austin was responsive and very clean place

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

the Villa we stayed in was great! it was very clean and extremely comfortable. it was a great location, very close to downtown Waynesville with lots of food options. It's also only about a 15 minute drive to Maggie Valley. it was also very pet friendly. We will absolutely stay with Genevieve again!

This was our third stay with Shelda! That's probably enough said, but I'll add that she provides a quiet, peaceful, well-appointed unit with smart tv with several streaming options, an easy-controlled heat pump, comfortable queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, along with utensils and dish cloths. There is also a nice table for two. We are planning future stays!
