Monthly Rentals in Waves

It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay in this great location steps from the beach and pier. Having access to bikes, hammock, beach chairs and beach towels was a great bonus. The outdoor shower was fun! Definitely hope to return. Tami was great, always quick to respond and everything was well detailed in the description and instructions.

Beverly is so sweet! She gave us so many recommendations and always answered quickly. Not only that but she makes you feel like you are talking to a friend. Her house is beautiful whether you want a quick walk to the beach or to sit on the dock, listen to the sound and watch the sunset or see the stars. There’s a sidewalk right off the driveway that is well paved and makes for amazing walks. Overall her and her house made our trip amazing!!

My fiancé and I (and our 2 dogs) loved our week in the tiny house. The location really made us feel like locals for the week. We’ve stayed in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills many times, but Rodanthe’s our new favorite! The house was quiet and peaceful but walkable to both the ocean (and pier) and sound. There are many great restaurants close by- we loved Good Winds, Lisa’s Pizzeria, Hatteras Bowls, and Waves Coffee and Candies. Staff were beyond friendly at every location in the area. We had some rainy days but didn’t mind staying in since the house was so well laid out and the decor was cozy and beachy. Hosts were very responsive and had open communication. If you’re considering the tiny house for your next OBX trip please book!

Perfect for beach week! 4 of us stayed there for about 5 days and it was amazing. Jake was incredibly responsive, flexible, and personable to communicate with, the place was kept super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. My biggest priority was affordability and for what we paid, Jake knocked it out of the park! Amazing amenities (the hot tub and Foosball were a crowd favorite) and so close to the beach!
