Monthly Rentals in Waterville

First night I was confused on which door. I was told the sound h door but I only saw key pad on north door. The South door wasn’t lit well enough for me to see the home button. Other than that it was everything it was descibed

Woody and Lisa are marvelous hosts! Their suite is everything we could have hoped for! It's located in a beautiful, safe, quiet and neighborhood. The suite is impeccably clean, pleasing and comfortable. There is off-street parking, deck seating, newer furnishings and excellent attention to detail. Beautiful apartment on a quiet street in Mankato. We could have stayed for weeks! The kitchen had everything we needed from brewing coffee to making a full meal. The bathroom was clean and stocked with Q-tips, cotton balls, and soap: everything we needed. We loved sitting in the quiet backyard in the evenings, watching the rabbits run outside the fence! Lots of restaurants nearby, including a wonderful Somalian place and a Chinese restaurant. We walked to the Hubbard House and the Betsy-Tacy houses, about a mile away. Charming town!

The host was helpful and proactive in delivering us information we needed, the house was clean and prepped for us. We hope to stay again soon!
