WINTER, We have a circular driveway and a flat driveway. I do my own snow plowing. This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

I can't say enough about this house. I is tucked away in the woods next to a lake. There is a walking path that goes over a bridge and around the lake that was perfect for the morning walk. The décor is very retro, but it has enough technology to make it still be convenient. We loved the place.

This house was perfect for our weekend get away to celebrate my mother‘s 88th birthday. Brooke checked in to make sure we got into the house and if there was anything we needed was very quick to respond. Brooke let us have a later check out and we were so appreciative of this. The overall experience was just amazing. Such a short walk to several restaurants that we went to, and just a short drive to other places in the area. The house was super clean and spacious. The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was such a charming house.

We planned a trip to go visit our daughter who was recovering from major surgery. Not being familiar with the area, we discovered we were 10 minutes down the road from her apartment. And this location is so close to everything! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and was perfect for our visit which also included some much needed R&R for us. We took our fur baby with us who was very happy, relaxed and enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The place looks like the pictures and everything is labeled in the kitchen and closets. Anytime we had a need or question, Natasha was quick to respond and very helpful. When traveling to Minnetonka and the surrounding areas, this Airbnb accommodation and host are amazing. We look forward to our next visit.
