We loved Kristine’s place. The original wood floors upstairs and the front porch perfect for sitting outside on were two stand-outs. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and there were good towels, plenty of hot water, very good dishes/mugs/utensils and coffee situation, good dishwasher and washer/dryer. The location was perfect for us in downtown Centerville. We felt right at home for a 10 day stay and Kristine was very friendly!

Sam’s place was perfect for me. Quiet and accessible to many of the things that I was in town for. Sam communicated proactively and checked in to ensure all went well after my arrival. I would recommend Sam’s place if you’re in the area and need a great home base that is also a good value.

Dan, has a great place! Our college daughter stayed there for 90 day while doing an internship. Area felt safe and the home had everything needed for her stay. Dan checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and we appreciated that he cared about our daughters stay. I would recommend this home for either an extended stay or short stay.
