If you are looking at AirBNBs in DC and came across Greg’s listing, you can stop looking because you’ve found the one! My family of four (myself, my husband, and our two young teen daughters) stayed here during our trip to DC and it could not have been more perfect. Greg’s place has quality furnishings, a quality iron, nice towels and linens, is spotless, well-maintained and well thought out. His friendly labels in perfect places aid your stay. The hand soap, dish soap, lotion, dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, and even coffee and other kitchen essentials were SO helpful and we appreciated it all! It felt like a home away from home. There are strategically placed multi plug units at the bedsides and desks so you won’t have to hunt for outlets, extra blankets and towels at the ready, and plenty of hangers. The use of a door code is easy and convenient, the location is quiet, safe, and walkable to two metros. I don’t think any AirBNB could ever top Greg’s and I would stay again!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

We met at this AirBnB for a 50 year reunion from the US Coast Guard. This unit was in a perfect location, convenient to Clifton, VA where we would meet each day. The unit was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and had a great kitchen. What is tops in my book is that it is a very quiet townhouse so sleeping each night was great. The only negative was that the keypad for entry didn't work when we arrived but Linda was very responsive to that issue and had someone come over to let us in and to fix the keypad, which turned out to be just a bad connection on the batteries. Linda was always very responsive to questions that we had before arriving. We would definitely stay here again because of the price, location, cleanliness, peace and quiet, and all the nice amenities that were in the unit. Also, we found the parking right in front of the unit was secure and convenient.

Perfect place to stay for our family of four. Loved the convenience of the location, about 12 min walk from the train, a 4 min walk from Whole Foods and a short Lyft ride to most of the major sightseeing destinations.

Had a great stay in DC at Alex and Apryl’s place! Apartment was clean and had everything I needed and then some. Neighborhood felt really safe to walk in and was close distance to all of the bus lines I used. Only suggestion is for any conditioner-users to bring their own — the only thing I had to pick up at a convenience store! Easy check-in and they were willing to be flexible with check-out time if needed when I stayed. Had an awesome time, thanks Alex and Apryl!

Our family stayed in Willie’s beautiful home while our cat was receiving medical treatment nearby. We visited DC and the surrounding area while staying there. We had plenty of room for all five of us. We cooked meals, enjoyed the patio and the front porch. We walked to the metro and waterfront several times and enjoyed the neighborhood. I wish we’d had more time there!

The house is very beautiful and close to DC. My family had a great time there together. Would recommend and come again.

Edgar is a great host. He responds quickly and kindly. The place is about a 20-minute walk to the National Mall and less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

Everything was great! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was also an easy 23 minute walk to the capital building and other sites. Communication and check in was a breeze. I highly recommend!

Lyle was a great host, went above and beyond to help us get settled in and ensure we were all set with our guest parking permits with a same day rental car pickup. He was super responsive and check in was a breeze. We loved the area, easy to walk to many restaurants and grocery stores, you can even walk to the zoo! Everything was as described, including parking (which we found easily), full kitchen and large bathtub were a plus. It worked well for our family with a 2yo toddler, we would definitely stay again!

Although not as close to the action as you may want, once inside you will find a very updated home with plenty of amenities. Easy to get inside. Relatively quiet (it is DC after all). And easy check out procedures.

Safa’s place was great. Very private and cute place with everything we needed. Fantastic location close to Union Station, buses and good restaurants and bars, and 3 grocery stores. Host was very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

RING THE ALARM‼️ This house was beautiful and the pics doesn’t do the house justice. Very clean, smelled fresh, the host was very responsive when I reached out. OMG the beds… so plush, warm, comfortable the master suite mattress just held you. The decor was so modern and chic… even my 17 year old son admired it. I will say get ready for a work out. The master suite was on the 4th Floor and I got my work out in on the stairs alone. I’ve already felt the burn and it’s motivated me to continue on starting to work out. BOOK this house!!! You won’t be disappointed! I will definitely book again when I visit the area again and refer my family that visits the area.

Kate and Zach were extremely flexible with our itinerary. Their responsiveness was invaluable in that we needed to change plans and they were able to accommodate us in that regard. We are a large family, and there was lots of space for us. We had an infant and toddler and the place was perfect for accommodating baby sleeping and laundry needs. We would definitely stay at their accommodation again.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and conveniently close to shopping areas and everything we needed. The home was beautifully decorated throughout and offered plenty of thoughtful amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

What a great find! This place was close to everything we needed to be close to. The house and beds were also comfortable. Jordi was a super host! Extremely responsive and proactive in his responding. It was an excellent stay and would absolutely stay there again when visiting DC.

If you are looking for a place in Foggy Bottom, this is it. We were there for my daughter’s GW graduation. The location is perfect. The place was exactly as described. It was very clean and tidy. The price was a little high, but likely due to graduation weekend. It was still less than a hotel. Elliot was responsive and proactive. He even had a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. I highly recommend this place.

One of the better places I’ve stayed in the surrounding area. I appreciate the snacks and coffee. There was enough parking and instructions to enter were very clear.
