Guest house holiday rentals in Washington

it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

This is a lovely little jewel tucked into a beautiful neighborhood. Great walkability, nice hosts, and it had everything to make our stay easy.

By far, one of the best AirBnB flats we have stayed in. The building itself is unique, thoughtfully renovated and very safe and quiet. The bedding and sheets were of very high quality. We were thankful for the groceries provided. Communication was excellent. The garage serves as a sort of man cave and can be used for yoga and exercise. All appliances are modern. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the spacious backyard but hope to next time. Super fast Internet and a huge TV with pro sound. There are plenty of food and beverage options nearby and a Whole Foods a short stroll away. Although H Street has a few rough patches you needn’t feel unsafe in the neighborhood. There’s a free streetcar service along H that takes you direct to Union Station.

The place was exactly like the pictures, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. In total we stayed for a month and I have nothing bad to say throughout my stay. Both Brady and Jen were always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place, whether you are visiting for business or pleasure.

Place is well located, close to metro station. You can easliy get from here to all main atracttions in Washington. Moreover, place has a perfect connection with Dulles Airport. Room and bathroom were clean, kitchen is well equipped. Host is nice person. It's good place to stay!

We were visiting for the weekend and found the place to be very nice, very private, and very clean. Something that was not expected, we had a private garage, which was really nice. Thank you, we will visit again!

Very beautiful Airbnb !!! Private and very quiet neighborhood , everything we needed was in the unit down to the Keurig pods , extra perk for the rice cooker and Instapot. The bed was spacious and very comfortable It was like being in our own oasis Lots of memorable moments and will always cherish our time there Check out as a breeze and will definitely come back again if we need another get away

Absolutely loved the carriage house, it was exactly what i expected and I’d 100% stay there again. The location was perfect and having a parking spot was so convenient. We didn’t cook or anything so i can’t review much on that but everything we would’ve needed was there if we had. Loved the security of the locked gate and the bed and linens were so so comfy, it was hard to get out of bed it was that comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in town.

Pure praise for Amanda and what she has done with the space. It’s exactly as described, very clean. Attention to detail with labels and well thought out amenities . I will definitely return.

It was really quiet, and off of the road. Not far from Del Ray, with great restaurants. Buses around the corner. Potomac Yard metro station was walkable. It was too light at night with light coming in the windows in the door. Needs blackout shades. There is a nice desk and chair. However, there was enough room for a two seater love seat, which would give guests some place other than the bed, or hard dining chairs, to sit. This is not unique to Whitney’s place though. Many places we have stayed had no place to sit comfortably. An electric kettle would have been nice. The area was great, and we would definitely stay again.

These hosts are the best - kind, friendly without being intrusive, and always ready to help. The property is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully appointed - lovely decor, nice bed and cozy linens, and coffee, tea, and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We are retreat guests, and this was our first visit when the weather was nice enough to sit on the deck of the bedroom. Lovely! You will not regret a stay at the Little Wooded Casita.

This apartment was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. It offered total privacy and was convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful. Xavier was very responsive to my communications, but I didn't need to contact him very often. Highly recommended.

Meron's place was perfect - and exactly as described. The neighborhood was walkable and only a couple of blocks from the metro, restaurants, and grocery stores. The property had everything we needed for an extended stay and the wifi was great for working remotely. Meron was helpful with questions and local food recommendations but was also respectful of our personal space and privacy. I highly recommend Meron's listing!

This place is one I would definitely come back to. The design of this place is absolutely gorgeous! Clean and the host was always responsive when needed. This place is very close to DC which was our goal since we had an event close by. Certainly would come back again! It’s also close by to quite a few grocery stores, so if you need anything. You can come pick it up nearby. Things like Whole Foods, CVS, and more

Alma’s place was fully renovated, beautiful finishes, gorgeous floors, super comfortable beds and impecable bathrooms. Kitchen was modern and had everything needed for cooking. Excellent location and walking distance grocery store. Alma was friendly and promptly answer all of our questions. She also allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time. We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

This was a sort of last-minute trip to go see a baseball game, Jenifer was very thorough and the instructions to find the place was very easy to follow. I love how she had the option of a parking permit, I’ve never come across that before so that was nice. The Airbnb in itself was super cute very cozy very clean. I would definitely stay there again. And if we had any questions, she responded very quickly.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved staying here, I thought my little would appreciate the loft and he sure did. He was obsessed hanging out in there 😂 it was adorable. It was only about 15 to get to the capital and we went bright and early to beat the crowds and then hung out the early afternoon to the night it was amazing! Instructions covered everything, just be sure to read 🤣 Honestly I used to manage str’s so I will say I can be rather flexible especially if something does come up that I know to be a common issue or just a super like specific/ independent opinion. But literally nothing came up(: Great stay! Would 100000% come back if I needed a place in the area!

The apartment and all appointments were lovely. The bed and beddings were excellent and oh so comfortable. The apartment felt very private and the wall of windows looking out on the covered pool surrounded by trees was lovely. Very comfortable sofas and chairs and great light for reading and VERY quiet for sleeping. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Farida!

Christine was an outstanding host to me - and very responsive (and was very flexible). The air conditioning in my condo building is currently getting repaired. She permitted early check-in, which I really appreciated - and even gave me the opportunity for late checkout. The property has everything you need for an excellent stay - outstanding amenities (you pretty much not need anything when you stay here). I slept so well at their property. This property would be an excellent choice for those who wish to say long-term (like a month or more). You can tell that Christine cares about this property as it is maintained very well. We had a great stay at Jeremy’s. It was the perfect place to relax after our busy days during our quick trip to DC. Super clean, everything needed to make meals, lots of extra touches that made the stay all that better. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely home, spacious apartment, great neighborhood. This was our first time staying in Columbia Heights and we really liked how quiet it is while still being central and extremely walkable. 10 out of 10 would come back to this Airbnb!
