House holiday rentals in Washington

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Gladys has a lovely home. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and loved hearing about Gladys’s stories. The stay was perfect and had everything we needed. Make sure to try the sauna after a swim in the pool! Thank you very much for hosting us and hope to be back soon!

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

This was a very nice place to stay for our family trip to DC. The Metro was a very easy walk and Jagan gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants as well. He was also great at answering our questions.

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had such a great experience staying at Raquel’s place! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

took us a bit to find the place our GPS was messing it up BUT we called the host and they got back to us ASAP and helped!! inside is so nice and clean! Having snacks, drinks and shower essentials even mouthwash is so so nice for an Airbnb!! we really appreciated it. the area is a little loud but most of it calmed down by 11pm it is a city afterall. just a warning for those with kids! we loved our stay!we would recommend to others and friends. also we parked in the garage under the new Aldi if you drive in (:

My wife and I have stayed at Rany’s place a few times and will definitely keep returning. It’s a wonderful and clean place, perfectly situated in Capitol Hill on a quiet and peaceful street. Rany is an amazing host. My wife and I had an unexpected event happen during our stay and Rany was so genuinely helpful and empathetic, we really appreciated it!

This house is a great find - it has everything you need to feel right at home and the house and yard are beautiful. The house is extremely well appointed and well stocked. The common area furniture and beds are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for cool spring nights. The back yard porch was a great place to hang out with comfy furniture, 2 grills, sun umbrellas and a gas fire pit. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed and more. Diana is one of THE BEST Airbnb or Vrbo hosts that we have ever had. She was very responsive, knowledgable, friendly and detail oriented. My wife left her glasses and she mailed them to us overnight. The location is excellent - the neighborhood is peaceful, but very close to the town center stores and activities. Falls Church has a small town feel but is close to all of the attractions of the Wash DC metro area. The house comfortably accommodated me, my wife, our son and grandparents; one-level living was great for grandparents.

This was the first time I’ve used Airbnb and I was so happy with my pictures. I personally think that the pictures don’t do justice for how nice it is. Vincent’s place is extremely clean and so cozy. The little details were appreciated- coffee bar, the stickers with the directions, makeup towel, board games, utensils and dish ware, etc. I had no issue with parking. I liked that Vincent’s place was a bit away from downtown (only about 15 mins drive) because the area was so quiet and peaceful. I loved my stay and hope to be back.

A super comfy and enjoyable stay! Everything was just as described in the post and photos. There were lots of little thoughtful amenities to make your stay comfortable and easy. I would definitely rebook!

Stefane’s airbnb is a lovely space. It is clean and well-appointed in a walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants quite near. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space itself is a basement unit, so very little natural light. Great spot for single travelers or a couple.

I have to say, I was not sure if I was in a right place at first. The houses just next to it let’s say did not get the love and attention they deserve. But after ( quite easy) getting in we felt as I made the right choice. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. It has everything one may need and some. Great parking and easy access to transportation. We had a lovely time in Washington. I would surely come back.

Sherin’s place was clean, easy parking, and easily accessible to the Brookland neighborhood.

Great house! V nice location, lots of room, the house had a nice common area, nice furniture and touches, and many details were thought of — automatic dishwasher and laundry dispenser, umbrellas in the entrance, etc … would highly recommend!

Very nice place easy to find and great location. Shareef was very accommodating had a last minute situation and shareef was understanding and did not hesitate. Overall stay is worth every penny and a very nice enjoyable place.

Adam’s Carriage House was cozy, clean, and quaint. The pictures are just like the living space. There was enough room for four guests to comfortably stay. The house decor is timelessly simplistic. The location is in the cutest neighborhood and is close to restaurants and shops. It was really helpful that there was a parking spot for a car to park. Adam was very attentive and provider great recommendations. He would check up to make sure our stay was going well. Thank you so much!

Jeremy was a very gracious host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space was comfortable and in an unbeatable location!

Apartment was super tidy and linens and towels were fresh and clean. We stayed almost a week. Phebe was very responsive the few times I messaged her, the A/C units kept the apartment nice and cold, great water pressure in the shower. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen (utensils, cups, etc..) and the bathroom had extra of everything. We traveled with our 2 kids and they shared the sofa bed in the living room which they said was really comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have an extra TV in the bedroom since the only TV is in the living room where the sofa bed is and the kids have a different sleeping time than us, I guess if you don’t have to use the sofa bed this is not an issue, other than that my rating is still a 5 and I would stay there again.

Everything about your home was amazing and thoughtful - from the peaceful outside living spaces, to the high quality bathroom towels, to the well stocked pantry, to the bottle of wine waiting for us after a day of traveling, and much more. We also really loved Takoma Park - close to DC and yet this small community had culture and a positive vibe. Thank you!

Joshua was a great host and the house was perfect for my family and dog. We had a great stay and would stay again. Very close to DC, Arlington and Alexandria restaurants and sites.
