Monthly Rentals in Washburn

We needed a place to stay while attending graduation at the nearby University of Maine at Presque Isle. The house was the perfect size for our family. I like that there is a well stocked little grocery store walking distance from the house and my kids enjoyed having two playgrounds also walking distance from the house. The owner was helpful and quickly responded to my messages.

Charming place….we felt at home the moment we arrived! Lots of natural light…house is very clean and comfortable. Modern appliances, comfy furniture…many amenities like the “coffee bar” make this place special. Nice trail, grocery store and bbq restaurant all within walking distance. If I’m in the area again, I’d stay here again!

Ginette was very accommodating and was ok for us to arrive earlier than expected making sure we were met with the key to enter. The place was very clean and organized and very easy to find. All amenities were as described in her listing. We would definitely return to this place and recommend to other family and friends visiting the area.
