The apartment is excellent, it has everything you need for your stay, close to public transport and the beach. The host is also great and helped us a lot with his information.

Great place to stay in Nice! Just across the street from the beach and walking distance from the Old City. David was a great host and checked in on us during our stay! Benoît made checking in super easy by meeting us at our Uber drop off and escorting us to the flat. I would stay here again! Merci!

We made a last minute booking which meant we got a little check-in but the host compensated by letting us stay until 3:00 pm instead on the check-out day. A super fresh apartment with everything you need and 5 minutes to the sea. We really recommend this home! Greetings to Malin and Magnus

Six out of five stars! While the pictures are accurate, they don’t do the views and brightness of the place justice. Jean was helpful and responsive, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. Plenty of towels. Beach towels and beach chairs were a pleasant surprise! Don’t hesitate to book here.
