Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Luca is a polite, helpful and direct guest. The house perfectly met our needs and the description. The location is convenient for those who want to enjoy a base to visit the province of Viterbo. On the Cassia but in a secluded position so as not to be bothered by traffic. And for those who prefer the train, it is a 10-minute walk from Montefiascone station. The environment was clean, tidy and functional. Luca, as already mentioned, has always been available for any eventuality. 10/10

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

we stayed from May 29 to June 1, 2025 The location is really strategic for reaching the city center on foot and then moving around the area comfortably. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. well cleaned and equipped very cindovil parking space in front of the house The train station and a CONAD supermarket are also just a few steps away. HOSTVgentile and helpful for info on the route and access to the house as well as other useful information for the stay we really recommend it for those who want to organize a stay in Emilio and Valeria this location and visit Tuscia

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and communications easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who was staying with me.

Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

INCREDIBLE PLACE!! We only had one night here but it was very special. Parking was tricky and you get nervous driving so close to the bridge. The photo of where to turn for the parking lot was extremely helpful. Chiara was available by messaging to help. She sent pictures of how to check in which made it easy. The place looks just like the photos. Chiara also made dinner reservations for us at La taverna di Civita bistro which had incredible food. The private balcony was the our favorite part. We drank wine from the cellar and enjoyed the incredible view. The town is quiet in the evenings which adds to the ambiance. DON’T MISS THIS ONE!!

A wonderful retreat in the heart of Pitigliano. The apartment is so beautiful and cozy and very special - you look forward to coming home every time and don't want to leave. Beatrice and her husband are super professional and at the same time very warm hosts. Really a recommendation!

We loved it! Nice, spacious apartment, and we were warmly welcomed by Antonella. Easy to walk everywhere, the lake is just around the corner. Definitely a place you want to come back to.

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Clean and comfortable, provided all the necessities for travellers like us, including travel guide, toiletries, utilities and etc. Quiet place but convenient, grocery is just within walking distance

It was more than I expected! Cecilia is very kind, even we did not met personally. We came very early because of flight changed, we was welcomed and brought our luggage about 4 hours before the accomodation time and went to walk in the city. The plase was clean, very comfortable and bigger than expected, with everything set for our vacation. Our favourite place was the huge balcony with shade at the afternoon when it was really Hot outside— our favourite place to chill after walking and visiting the objects of Roma. If we come back in Roma someday you can guess where we want to stay 😉!
