Holiday rentals with a patio in Viterbo

Lovely apartment-spacious with a large balcony and all that we needed for our stay. Very pleased overall.

We had a lovely time in Christiana’s apartment. The location is great and the host super friendly.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. nice place to chill in Rome. It is very convenient to Foro Italico that i can watch Rome Master every day. Bus Station is very close to the apartment. Friendly host!

Lovely place at a great location. We had a lovely time during our stay. Host was also attentive and communicative.

Alex's apartment is extremely comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice sitting/dining room and three terraces on two levels. The photos are very accurate. To enjoy breakfast outside was a real pleasure each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and two shower rooms recently renovated. There was plenty of space for four adults. We knew the area from prior visits, and it is a little removed from the beaches of Santa Severa, being located in a typical residential zone. On-street parking was always available, and the building felt secure. For us, it was an excellent base to visit local friends and travel by train into Rome from the nearby rail station. Alex is extremely helpful and very communicative. We did not have the opportunity to meet, though she was responsive at all times. We would definitely return.

Very clean accommodation, in an elegant and quiet setting, close to the Caserma d'Acquisto and, with bus 32, you can reach San Pietro in about twenty minutes. THE CONAD SUPERMARKET IS ABOUT 200 M FROM THE ACCOMMODATION. IT IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE BEST AIRBB I HAVE VISITED, ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! WHEN I RETURN TO ROME, I'LL DEFINITELY WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS APARTMENT

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at Heathers place. Great communication and close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful little village and although the house is 400 years old it still has all the mod cons required Amazing outdoor space with large table

Very good stay in this apartment/house 3 minutes from the center of Orvieto. Extremely peaceful. The small courtyard in the greenery with the deckchairs is nice. The house and the neighborhood have charm. Keep in mind that if you are three people, the couple in the back room is obliged to go through the room where the single bed is to go to the rest of the apartment and in particular to the bathroom. This may be a problem. Punctual and friendly welcome from Camilla. Numerous restaurant addresses and sightseeing recommendations.

We had a great stay at Giordano's: impeccable accommodation with everything you need, great pool, breathtaking views of San Gemini and the surroundings. A great place to spend peaceful holidays in the Umbrian countryside

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back!

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Simone was a super host! He was warm and welcoming in every response, and always quick to reply—no matter the time of day. 😊 His service truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience. The accommodation is very close to the train station and a grocery store, and it’s well-equipped for longer stays too. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony, where we sat every evening with a glass of good wine, chatting about the day’s adventures. Thank you once again for hosting us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rome!

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat and had everything we needed. The flat was clean, comfortable and cosy. . There was an issue with the internet connection but since we were outside most of the day, it wasn't that important this time. Definitely the right decision for a couple. We will be glad to come back. Thanks!
