The castle is a gem, once in a lifetime experience. With the decor and the overall aspect of the house, you feel like in a palace. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. On the downside, it was a bit cold but our host turned on the heat and it was ok. Andrea was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and always pending to our needs. It was quite a medieval feel to our stay and we loved it.

Located in the Lake Vico reserve, the retreat is located in a beautiful and reserved naturalistic place, but still not too far from Viterbo. Although the structure retains all the characteristics of a rustic country house, it manages to be clean, tidy, extremely functional, without drafts and equipped with all the services. The only things to be careful about are the state of the road caused by rain, dangerous for those who have a car too low, and the need to stock up on food and water before arriving, as it takes a 10-minute drive to a supermarket. Luckily, both things are communicated during the reservation, so guests can be prepared. We thank Giovanni, a welcoming man who has provided us with all the information about the house and also some tips on places to visit. We hope to go back!

Honestly, the photos of this place do not do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning - and in a super quiet location. The house is beautiful, and Antonella was so lovely!

Wonderful stay from the moment we arrived. Quirky home with well equip kitchen. Local area is fantastic, and the little beach with private access was great.

Tatiana’s place is lovely! The stone building keeps it really cool and the AC is very efficient too. The bathroom was well stocked and super clean and the front garden was such a lovely added extra. It’s walking distance to Formello and the wee fruit and veg shop on the other side of the road was wonderful!

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Excellent stay in Silvia's beautiful and spacious apartment, also equipped with all the useful amenities. Silvia was extremely welcoming and largely adapted to our arrival time. If we come back to Aquapendente, we'll be back at Silvia's.

My wife and I and our dogs were on the weekend of April 25 at Piera's place. We had a great time: small but very functional house,beautiful garden fenced for our dogs and spectacular views. We don't see you coming back.

What a beautiful place perfect for kids. The pool was cleaned everyday and the gardener Alberto was very helpful. The rooms were very modern and clean. The hosts were so kind in giving us a homemade pie on arrival. All in all we had an amazing time. Thank you!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s place! It’s very spacious, modern, and great location. Many restaurants and shops all walking distance. She has a washer and dryer which is rare in most air bnbs. Cristina was very responsive and gave great recommendations.

We had a great stay in Sutri! The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-located for exploring the historic center. Sara was a kind and responsive host who made check-in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. A peaceful place to rest and recharge during our Italian adventure — highly recommend!

Very well designed place. Modern kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Nice spot close to restaurants and attractions points. Self check-in was a breeze. Helped accomodate an earlier check-in time. Beds were super comfy. A lot of complimentary snacks and drinks, very appreciated after a long travel day. Washer and dryer was very convenient as well. Items that can bring the experience to a higher level : 1) small couch instead of the two chairs 2) get the shower drain to work better as water puddles after 3 mins of running water.

The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. I've never found many amenities offered in just one place. Eliana was immediately very available to provide us with a camping bed with everything you need and a high chair with great respect for our one-and-a-half-year-old girl. The house is full of children's games and books that my little girl immediately looted! In the kitchen there is a need for tea/herbal tea and pasta, while the bathroom is full of products for everyone! Eliana also recommended activities and restaurants nearby, a super approved place to stay!
