We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

The overnight stay in Mrs. Roberta's house was exhaustive and satisfying. Far exceeding expectations. From the very first moment, we felt a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details and designed to offer guests a comfortable stay. The property was in perfect condition: the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tidy and well organized. Every detail was taken care of, and showed attention to the needs of the customers. The house is also equipped with numerous amenities and useful gadgets, which made our evening even more pleasant and carefree. We were welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who guided us on a short but exhaustive tour of the house, clearly illustrating the operation of each appliance and courteously answering all our questions. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a peaceful, comfortable and above-average experience. For us, it was a complete experience.

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

A real corner of paradise! The garden, with attention to the smallest details, offers an atmosphere of absolute relaxation, while the whirlpool tub is a true gem. Everything is impeccably clean, and communication with the host has always been clear and courteous. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with great helpfulness and they carefully showed us every comfort of the house. In addition, we received valuable advice on local attractions, which made our stay even more special. If I could, I'd give it more than five stars!

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! The Rosa "Belle Ange" Villa was the absolute perfect destination to end our Italian holiday. The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Jacopo is a thoughtful and attentive host. The fresh produce and beverages stocked in the fridge were a great touch. When we had a slight issue, he responded quickly to correct the problem. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

It was 3 really pleasant days, the setting was splendid and Gloria's farmhouse is really well kept and enhanced! Gloria was extremely kind and helpful from start to finish.

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!
