Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Viterbo

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

I stayed with my partner and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter for a long weekend in Cristy's house. We had a great time, the house is very clean, tidy and super fragrant! The outdoor pool gave us a truly relaxing break. The owners were always kind and helpful, welcoming us and always answering our questions. Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach. Highly recommend!!!

From the moment we arrived we felt at home and looked after. Luciana was incredibly helpful with where to shop and where to find things in Viterbo. From day one we were treated amazingly, snacks, milk, juice on arrival. Every day thereafter a variety of cakes, freshly laid eggs, coffee when they were having one !! Despite the language barrier nothing was to much trouble. The apartment was incredibly spacious with everything you needed and a lovely outdoor space with table, chairs and swing seat. So peaceful despite being just off the main road into town. Thankyou so much Luciana and Mauro you were amazing, we can't recommend this place highly enough!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

We enjoyed it very much. The contact with Cristina was also very nice! It is definitely easier to arrive by car than without. Nevertheless, everything worked out. Everything is very clean and tidy and as described in the advertisement:)

Had the best stay at Enrico's place!!! Beautiful gardens, pool, views and more 😍 We wanted to BBQ one night and Domenico prepared the bigger house's BBQ for us since this place doesn't have one, which was so kind!! Very nice donkeys, cat and dogs too ❤️ Will be back 1000%!

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and it was super helpful that the host met up with us to give clear instructions and make sure we were settled in. Made everything easy and stress-free.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

If you want to stay in a peaceful place. This is the one . You can walk to local restaurants and grocery stores stores in Ladispoli- it’s quiet a walk. public transportations are not easily accessible.

Studio apartment with parking and private garden, 5 meters from the lake. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home and also a few more touches such as the drying rack and hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, and not to be overlooked, bottles of water in the fridge. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had on Airbnb. The apartment is perfect. Great location with everything you need. The host went out of their way to make us comfortable including booking multiple transfers for us.

Elena is an excellent host, she provided us with all the information and specifications before departure, well in advance, this allowed us to arrive easily without any availability. She was also flexible and very welcoming, as was her delightful cottage immersed in silence and wonderful greenery.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Mimma and Claudia’s property was a great find in Rome. It’s in a quiet part of Rome (Prati district)…away from the crowds. It’s close to the Ottoviano Metro station (5-10 min walk), which makes it very easy to get around Rome and it’s a short walk to the Vatican. The surrounding community and restaurants were full of locals, grocery store across the street from the property, local boutique stores in the area. A great location. As for the the property, it’s is very spacious we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) - this property has 3 bedrooms - 1 with and en-suite bathroom (for the adults) and our boys each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning which was great. My wife and I used the outside terrace every night to enjoy drinks and talk about our day. The hosts have rightly earned the title of AirBnB Super-hosts. They were the most organized hosts we met on our trip…highly recommend this property for privacy but easy access to all of Rome.

My experience at Laura's house was extremely pleasant. She and her husband were incredibly helpful to me and my family, showing us how to get around Rome, highlighting key places to visit, and giving us tips on how to save money while exploring the city. The area is one of the most vibrant, with top restaurants offering excellent Italian and Roman dishes. It is also very well connected by bus and train to the city center, the Vatican, the Colosseum, and many other attractions. After a long day of walking around Rome on Sunday, we had one of the best meals we’ve ever had, prepared by Laura's family. Dario made everything even easier by picking us up from the airport and taking us to the apartment. My family and I would 100% recommend Laura’s house to anyone visiting Rome. Aiah Johnny

Together with my wife, we focused on Nicoletta's accommodation as a base to visit nearby Todi and then Orvieto. It turned out to be a good choice for the location, space and cleanliness, and we appreciated the nice welcome (even with both still and sparkling water in the fridge, and candies) from Nicoletta, after the precise contacts with Gabriela. Highly recommended accommodation.

The apartment is lovely and exactly as advertised. Very quiet, private location. Martina and the staff were friendly and responsive. Excellent host and stay.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.
