We were very warmly welcomed by Franco upon arrival. After a tour of the apartment, we immediately felt at home and welcome. The house is spacious, very clean and complete. Good beds and a modern bathroom. The garden is great with a beautiful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains, a perfect place to relax. Within walking distance is a small supermarket that is open in the morning for fresh bread or other daily necessities. Opposite the supermarket is a Hotel/Pizzeria: this is really recommended! Great pizzas for a great price and super friendly service. The apartment and the location is a good base for day trips in the beautiful surroundings. We especially liked Trento, a very nice and cozy city (25 minutes' drive away). In short: we really had a wonderful week! Franco (and Rita) are rightly Superhosts: attentive, friendly and they inform you if everything is still to your liking. In one word: GREAT!

We fell in love with this beautiful and charming cottage, which has been impeccably renovated. Characteristic furnishings that made us experience a super romantic weekend. It will be a pleasure to stay in this little corner of tranquility in the future, with a glimpse of the lake in the distance

Nothing beats the sunset from the back porch! Wow!!! What a peaceful, beautiful town! Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in 2 adults and 3 children/boys, the spaces are adequate, there is everything you need, from large closets to new appliances. Pros: The well-equipped kitchen, with a availability of dishes for two meals allowed us to do less washing in the spacious dishwasher. Cozy, warm and bright house. Clear directions, check-in, and garbage management with door-to-door collection. Close to the center of Lavarone and the shops/restaurants within walking distance. A technical inconvenience to the fireplace (announced by Sofia a few weeks before) was not a problem: when we return next time we will also use the fireplace for an even more mountain atmosphere. Cons: Some points near the windows suffer from condensation, causing small drops on the ground, but it is due to the building with the walls not insulated. Sofia and Belanov are recommended hosts!
