We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

great spot, wish we could have stayed longer. walking distance to everything you need. great instructions from hosts, including good tips for parking. the apartment is huge and has everything you need. very comfortably fit all 6 of our group.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Best Airbnb & host we’ve ever had. 10000/10. He let us store our luggage’s early before check in, and later after check out. He gave us extra towels for the beach, and was very responsive and kind.

Daniele and his wife Serena were excellent hosts: welcoming and helpful, they made us feel as if we were at home. They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Our stay was amazing, but what truly stood out was the host. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly friendly and responsive—honestly one of the kindest and most helpful hosts we’ve ever interacted with. They made everything so smooth and stress-free. The Airbnb itself was not only clean and cozy, but full of thoughtful touches: cold water ready for us, a super cute magnet souvenir, and a bunch of helpful resources to make the most of our trip. We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

An absolutely perfect stay! The location is super central, you can easily walk to everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you might need. Spacious apartment with great amenities. They have a washer/dryer combo. Local grocery store is down the block. Easy walk to marina and great restaurants plus the view from Viale Buon Cammino. This road also has free street parking. My only complaint is that the door was difficult for me to turn the key and my husband had to do it. Highly recommend!

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Villanova was such a pretty place to have as a base, we felt very privileged to stay here. Erica's home is wonderfully placed to explore all the local areas by foot, everything we wanted to do seemed to be just 14 minutes walk, the area felt really safe. The home was clean and the photos are correct reflection of the home. Enrica was a wonderfully helpful host, she gave many recommendations of things to do, to see and places to eat, check in was great, we met with Enrica and she showed us around her home. We had a car to explore , so parking close by was a real plus, there is a multi story 5 minutes walk, it was safe and well lit at night, for 24 period it cost us £10 euro.

Everything was perfect! Don't hesitate to stay in Juan's apartment. The location is incredible...we highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment centrally located and spotlessly clean. Alessandra was a great host, providing little extras (UV beach umbrella, iron, bottle of wine) and helpful communication. Little noisy at night as people walked past but only to be expected in the middle of the capital and nothing continuous. Cant wait to come back again - we loved it!
