La casa si trova in paese, a pochi minuti dalle stupende spiagge di Villasimius, all'interno di un tranquillo e silenzioso residence con campo da tennis e piscina condominiale. Organizzata su 2 livelli: al piano superiore la zona notte con 1 camera matrimoniale ,1 camera con 2 letti a castello, un bagno/doccia; al piano terra la zona giorno con soggiorno, angolo cottura e un bagno/doccia. Terrazza esterna con vista panoramica e barbeque. La casa è climatizzata esclusivamente nella zona notte.

Fantastic in the summer and in the winter, where your own private pool with heated water will make you feel to have your own personal SPA day and night. For heating the pool there is an extra charge of 20 euros per day. Water will be eventually heated on request from November to April. The pool can’t be use during adverse weather conditions (..rain, storms,… ecc)

In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!
