Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Villasimius

Max und Lory sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren super schön. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger anschließen. Der Kühlschrank war tatsächlich bis zum Rand gefüllt . 1000 Dank dafür!

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und bietet alles was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. A. Paola ist sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Sie hat auch viele Tipps gegeben, was es ist in der Nähe alles gibt und was man mit Kindern machen kann. Hätten wir kein Auto gehabt, hätte sie uns sogar vom ca 30km entfernten Flughafen geholt. Sie hat, dadurch dass wir Probleme mit unserem Flug hatten, uns geholt. Da wir mitten in der Nacht erst auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft waren und uns verfahren haben, hat sie direkt angeboten uns abzuholen und zur Unterkunft zu begleiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren nicht das letzte Mal dort.

New well equipped house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, backyard with jacuzzi and a specious kitchen. You can park a car inside the gated front yard. Host is responsive and nice to communicate with. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, one has a Michelin star.

L'appartamento è molto bello, ordinato, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è vicinissima a tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Matteo è sempre stato gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, consiglio vivamente di trascorrere le vacanze a Costa Rei presso Casa Elisa.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Massimo est un Hôte exceptionnel ! Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes indépendants de Massimo, et il a toujours été disponible par mail voir physiquement sur place. C'est une personne chaleureuse, accueillante qui n'a qu'une obsession : Votre confort Merci Massimo ... car nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un environnement calme et superbe. En avril la mer est encore froide mais les paysages sont somptueux, et la plage à 70 m du gîte est un petit bijoux. Allez aussi voir les plages du côté de Chia ... un vrai petit paradis ! Bonne saison Massimo ... Au plaisir de se revoir peut être un jour Cordialement

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Giorgio’s place was very nice and comfortable for our family stay. The jacuzzi didn’t work w bubbles but isn’t a jacuzzi really (ie doesn’t get hot - maybe that is just an American thing). But we didn’t tell Giorgio this so he wasn’t aware. Feel we were busy w other items anyways. Beaches are close by 10 min drive. Love eurospin grocery store. Cooked in every night and played games w family. Giorgio’s place was big and very comfortable for us! Maybe consider screens if that is a thing in Italy for windows. Couldn’t have windows open due to bugs and got hot in place. Couldn’t figure out main floor split unit. Didn’t tell Giorgio this either

Cristina fue una excelente anfitriona. Nos esperó con cerveza típica fría y yogures para los niños en la heladera! (Además de unas galletitas riquísimas) Nos recomendó las mejores playas y hasta nos reservó un restaurante de comida típica. ha Sido un placer! El apartamento muy cómodo!

Danke für die wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Aufteilung. Wir (8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Küche im Haupthaus ist gut für mehrere Personen ausgestattet. Im Nebengebäude ist auch ein Bad und eine kleine Küche vorhanden. Für die Kinder sind Spielsachen/Kiste vorhanden. Bei Sauberkeit habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich dreckig war. Innen makellos. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Unsere Fragen haben wir immer sofort beantwortet bekommen. Es wurde am nächsten ein Techniker vorbeigeschickt, da bei der Außenbeleuchtung was nicht funktionierte. Den Ort selber finden wir eher heruntergekommen und verlassen. Es ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und Fischladen vorhanden. Diese haben aber sehr spezielle Öffnungszeiten. Das Restaurant nebenan ist so lala. An den beiden fußläufigen Stränden (ca. 10 Minuten) waren die Strandbars noch geschlossen. Liegt vielleicht daran, dass wir vor Saisonbeginn da waren.

Antonello and Lucia are the most gracious and welcoming hosts! This home is impeccable across the board, everything you need to make a wonderful meal, cozy furnishings inside and out, and a spectacular view! I will never forget floating in the pool with the view of the horizon and the ocean meeting, we will certainly visit again, thank you for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

Die Ferien waren perfekt! Das Haus ist superschön und ruhig gelegen, der Jacuzzi richtig cool. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Hosts waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit (danke an die vielen Tipps auch an Angy!). Wir würden definitiv gerne wieder kommen!
