Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The furnishings are carefully designed in perfect "sea house" style, welcoming and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. Children can enjoy the pool or the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The house has magnificent views of the bay and the mountains. Breakfast on the terrace was always a treat. The arrival is easy to find with the description. Since it is a dead end and unfortunately there is no real turning option, you have to be a little careful when turning with somewhat larger cars. The house itself was equipped with everything you need. We also made a lot of use of the outdoor shower (2nd shower). Everything was very clean. The way to the beach is very short, which invites you to a morning swim. The area was quiet, probably also because of the travel time in October.

We stayed at Andrea's place in the preseason. The accommodation is well maintained and clean. From the bed we could see the sea. Andrea has always provided us with lake tips. The contact with him was very straightforward and binding. Highly recommend.

A really perfect place to stay right on the sea with beautiful sunsets! The vacation rental is located in a kind of pure houses with many small apartments. When we were there in May it was very quiet. The apartment is really perfectly equipped with everything, you just need to buy food if necessary drinks. The only thing that is not 100% perfect is the swimming opportunity, as you did not have a beach here, but can only get into the water between the stones. But it's also possible. Of course, it's even nicer to drive 10 minutes by car to the beautiful coves. Supermarket is 5 min by car. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants and none within walking distance. But that didn't bother us because it's a really dreamy place.

Federica (Paola & Carlo) treated us like family. The welcome was extremely warm and welcoming. The space is Fabulous!!! Decor is perfect, beachy vibe and the location…OMG! Couldn’t be more perfect! Less than 1 minute walk to Poetto beach, bars and fabulous restaurants! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. If you have a car, getting to old town Cagliari ( must see) is only 10 minutes by car. No car? The bus is easily accessible. Absolutely Perfect! Can’t thank you enough Federica! ❤️😘

Just beautiful! An amazing place to wake up in the morning. Surrounded by many choices of beaches and hiking spots. The marina is within minutes which has access to boat rental and charters. A great choice of restaurants all in close proximity. I will be back here.
