Excellent stay. Very comfortable and clean apartment. We feel very welcome from the first moment. The recent apartment with the comfort needed for a great stay. Quick host on communication and available for any questions. Clear instructions on check in and on the use of the bed for the third adult. I highly recommend the stay. Central location and parking at the door.

We were very well received by Margarida who did what was necessary for us and offered us breakfasts. The location is quiet, we enjoyed the pool. Bathroom a little narrow, and kitchenette non-existent except for a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. (impossible to prepare a meal.) Too bad the dogs wake us up at 1:30 a.m., maybe we're light sleepers. But it was a great experience and we recommend it. Thank you.

Accommodation true to description and photos. Very well-equipped, very functional housing with great air conditioning and soundproofing. The location is perfect and very central, with easy access to different shops and restaurants. The town has all the basic services (including an ATM). Access to the house is through somewhat narrow streets, so it is recommended to access from the health clinic side instead of the church to put the car in the garage in reverse. The coffee machine is Delta Q capsules, and they sell them in the village shop but in packs of 40 capsules - keep in mind if you want to take them from home, to buy before. Highly recommended accommodation. We would definitely stay again!

Linhares da Beira and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. The villa is perfect- well worth the money spent! Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We braved the pool even though the weather was a bit cold for the time of year. Thanks to Linda and Helena for everything.
