Beach house holiday rentals in Venus Bay

This BnB was very beautifully decorated, my family and I wanted to stay close by as we were eloping in the area and what made this BnB so perfect was the fact they owned the second one next door, meaning our family had lots of space and we could walk between each others houses without needing to get into the car. The home itself self was very well equipped with everything we needed, so many utensils and crockery. Denise & Henrik went above and beyond for my partner and I to ensure the space was perfect for our wedding day stay on Phillip Island. They were both very informative and helpful and was available for support for any questions we needed.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

The house was well located, clean and had everything you could possibly need for a perfect girls weekend away! Cosy nights by the fire and a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset were definitely highlights. Marta was easy to get in contact with and has all the little details thought out. The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

Great stay for families including large bath, trampoline and plenty of toys and books for the kids. Highly recommend and not far from all the main tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Waking up each morning to the majestic sea views was a real highlight — it was peaceful, relaxing, and absolutely breathtaking. The house itself is modern, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy living spaces. Its location was perfect for us — just a short drive to the Penguin Parade, which was a memorable experience, and close to Cowes for dining, shopping, and exploring. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee with the ocean as our backdrop or coming back after a day out, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic getaway!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Beautiful home, super clean, spacious and comfortable. Stayed in winter so did not get to use the pool but pool and back yard were lovely and beautifully maintained. Lots of room for a long weekend with large family group. Easy and prompt communication with hosts. Great place - would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Felt right at home in this beautiful house. Location is great and they provided all information needed for our weekend away.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Thank you so much Trudi and Ben you have the most stunning little piece of paradise in Rye and we thank you so much for letting us enjoy our stay this past weekend.

Homely home - even though the weather wasn't great, we had so much to do at Oggys - kids loved the games, the yard and the dog next door! we loved the fire! It was a very relaxing home. We will be back when it's warmer!

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Great stay over Easter with our family and Labrador dog. Emily was a very responsive host and the house was perfect for a beach holiday. It’s a simple beach house, and enough space for 3 adults and 2 kids with the bedrooms. Plus a good sized yard for the dog.

The house is very beautiful and has everything we need. It's very comfortable and we really appreciated the 12pm check in. The location is convenient with a general store nearby, which was very handy when we need to grab something quickly in the morning. We loved the thoughtful touches like the marshmallows and other goodies provided, which made our campfire experience perfect for our group weekend getaway. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this place for a comfortable group stay.
