Beachfront holiday rentals in Venus Bay

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

Kristel was a fabulous host and very helpful. We stayed to attend a family funeral in the area and she was very accomodating and understanding. A short visit but seamless.

Lovely little gem, easy to get the bus into town to have a few wines! John was the loveliest host and made us feel really comfortable, showed us his impressive wine-making, gave some great local advice and made sure we got on the right bus to town for dinner.

The house was peaceful, comfortable and in a great location - walking distance to the beach. It felt like a real and cosy home - he kitchen was amazing with lots of utensils and dishes, making it easy to cook meals. Shar was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

The location of the property was perfect. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication was prompt and any requests were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this property and hope I am lucky enough to stay again. Loved it!

Spent 5 days mid-week in winter. Loved the peace and quiet, had the whole beach to ourselves. Place was great!!

This place is amazing. Some places you go almost feel clinical… but this place was so welcoming and inviting. The hosts have thought of it all. Every item in the home is perfectly thought out. Heaps of space. A beautiful outlook. You just won’t want to leave.

We loved our stay at Maree's. Our toddler especially loved the pool which was the perfect temperature, not too cold. Everyone loved the retro arcade machine. The place is very private with a beautiful garden, and lovely tall fences for maximum privacy. It would really suit two couples travelling together as a place to chill. Maree is very responsive and helpful with recommendations of what to do locally.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We had the most amazing weekend away at this beautiful home! It was just as gorgeous as the photos, every room was stylish, clean, and felt like home. The location was an absolute dream, making it the perfect getaway. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We had an amazing stay at Jason’s house! The place is beautifully set up with every facility you can think of — and even the ones you didn’t think you needed! Both adults and kids had a great time, with something for everyone. The 5 ensuite bedrooms made our group gathering super convenient and comfortable. Jason was also incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and easy to reach for any questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back next time!

Our little family had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Renee’s beach house. The house is located close to the beach so much so that we walked down each other day. The kids loved the large outdoor space in particular the swing set. We would highly recommend staying!

Lovely home away from home in a fantastic location. Accross the road from the beach which is excellent for kids. Supermarket, gas station and McDonalds are next door. Seaford shops are a 10 min walk away down the lovely beach walkways and there is a great playground 5 mins walk away if you have kids. The house is furnished with everything you may need for your stay, the heat pump works great and the neighbours are quiet.

Tricia’s house was fantastic. It was clean, stocked and a really peaceful place to be close to the beach. This house felt like a home not a house. There was plenty of everything. Plenty of treats and everything you need to cook. Everything wasn’t locked away so you could get what you needed which I loved. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was lovely and just 50 metres from the back gate literally ! Will definitely come back here. A really responsive and welcoming host. A pleasure. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs and down stairs if sharing with friends or extended family and great washing facilities for longer stays. I do not have one bad thing to say about this house. It does have stairs though so one has to be aware of this but you have an internal garage which is excellent and the bathroom has a heated floor ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

Place was amazing and was able to accommodate a big sleepover with the kids (our 3 + 3 cousins) without anyone feeling like they were sitting/sleeping on top of eachother. Kitchen was fantastically equipped and central to the house, which made for a great family meal together. The gas fireplace was exactly what we needed as well, gave off great heat and was super easy to use. Pool table and cinema room was well used over our couple days as well. Jumanji and the big screen was a treat for all the kids.

Great stay - Jasmina was very helpful and the apartment was very well appointed. Enjoyed the proximity to the sea for some lovely morning walks and runs. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing 4 nights stay. Peters communication was excellent. The home was perfect for our family and dog. We had everything we needed and more. So close to a gorgeous beach and a short drive to Wilsons Promontory. Thanks Peter

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?
