Great location for a quiet getaway in Phillip Island; spacious yet cosy house with everything you need from a few days to a few weeks. Enjoyed the wood fire in cold winter weather.

Great stay for parents of bubs!! Such a great selection of toys / books for our baby! We had an issue with a baby porta-cot, so Pippa had a replacement delivered to the property on the same night for our baby. And in actual fact there was nothing wrong with it just as silly parents could not figure it out! Then we left a pillow and Pippa was quick to notify us when the cleaner found it as well as sending a lovely message thanking us for how clean we left the place. Pippa is a true pro at hosting. 5 stars well earned.

Great place to stay very safe, clean with all the amenities one needs to feel right at home. Pet friendly and a great outdoor area fenced. Great touch to have toys perfect for a 2 year old including a sand pit. We have no hesitation recommending Megs house and are already planning when we can come back. Thank you

Just spent a wonderful 4 days at beautiful Coast Nest with my friend. The house was so cosy, beds really comfortable and living area perfect to curl up with a book or watch a movie. Lovely bathroom and a second toilet off the laundry which was great. Whole house was very clean on arrival and had everything we needed. Great to have wifi and a smart TV available. Very peaceful location with lots of birdlife in the garden and 5 min walk to the wonderful local cafe and the beach. Heather communicated clearly and was very responsive re any questions. Will definitely come back, highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Kilcunda! The house was as described, beds were super comfy and the spa was huge!

By far the best Air b n b we have stayed in! Would highly recommend for two couples or a family. The home was very dog friendly too! Best part of all was the hot tub overlooking the trees!

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Fantastic house! We will definitely be back to stay again. So much to do provided by the host. The kids loved all the games and activities provided 😀 such a warm property we all felt very at home. Would 100% recommend this house. Resort facilities were a bonus indoor heated pool, gym & tennis courts all an easy walk from the house. Host was amazing to deal with and very friendly! Can’t wait to return 😀

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

What a magical weekend away. Every little detail so thoughtfully considered. From the wine and freshly baked bread to the cozy fireplace and little treats hidden within each corner. The outdoor bath looking over the ocean was something else!! Thank you Em and Matt, we will be back! <3

Shushana was a great host, very responsive and checked on us to make sure everything went well from checking in to checking out! She provided us with a basket of cereal and milk which we LOVED!!! Her place felt right at home, clean, cozy and peaceful! We will definitely be back again!

We loved staying at Rhi's house, beautiful location, great time staring out over the farm land. Warm fire box inside, which was lovely for the cold weather. Venice Bay is special place, we would love to come again!

Lovely little abode that had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Good amount of space, both indoors and outside. It feels like you’re in nature with lovely views and ambiant fairy lights at night ✨ Only minor thing to note was that the bathroom had no door so can feel a little awkward, but we used the adjacent cupboard doors for extra privacy. Otherwise, very easy process for finding our way to and around the place. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Nick and Mariano's place. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches. The views are spectacular. Fantastic hosts who are kind and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Spent 5 days mid-week in winter. Loved the peace and quiet, had the whole beach to ourselves. Place was great!!

We loved our stay at Tracey's place. It's in a beautiful location, and we were treated to gorgeous sunsets and misty sunrises every day. Our dogs loved their daily walks along the water, and rummaging around the yard. We had everything we needed and were very cosy and comfortable. Tracey is a generous and friendly host, and we are so grateful to have experienced the serenity of Warneet for a couple of weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place in Venus Bay. It rained all day Saturday but the house is so warm & big we easily enjoyed ourselves. The fire pit was a huge hit with all my grand babies and us. I highly recommend this house it’s beautiful!
