Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ventimiglia

Our stay was very pleasant, first of all by a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for your welcome and for giving us good advice for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for a stay.

Dominique's place is exactly as advertised, and exceeded our expectations. A bottle of wine in the fridge and a couple of his grapefruits in a basket were a great welcome. The attention to detail and quality workmanship on the entire residence with everything in perfect working order. We wanted for nothing and spotless. Dominique is one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He met us, explained and showed us everything, including paths to the town. You'll understand the importance of that when you go. He was then very respectful of our space for the next 4 days but kicked back into his exuberant and energetic personality to help us depart. A wonderful experience and a highlight of our France trip. Highly recommend Dominique's Place.

We really loved our stay here. The appartment is clean, has everything you would need and has a very big terrace with amazing views (on mountains and the sea). It is just like in the pictures. It is located very close to old centre of Ventimiglia and close to the port, so you have a lot of good restaurants to choose from. :) Luigi (the owner) was very friendly. The only 'negative' I can think of: you have to drive on a small road, as the appartment is located on a hill. My boyfriend had no problem with it, but for me (fear of heights), it was too difficult. I think for most people it wouldn't be a problem. We will certainly recommend it to all of our friends and family. :)

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

Location, location, location…the most beautiful view of the village! Celine’s place is picturesque and you immediately feel relaxed, like going back home. Would definitely recommend!

A great place to stay if you want peace and calm!

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

A very nice stay. Very nice location. A nice accommodation in a well-maintained property. The highlight of this accommodation is the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the beautiful and large terrace.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Nice holiday

Great place. Super clean and well stocked. Short walk to supermarket and plague. We found the close train station, a few minute walk away a big plus for day trips. Car parking handy too, as Menton can be busy.

Lovely views from a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. 5 min from Menton and the French Riviera. There are trails from the place to Menton, but the elevation difference would mean a lot of stairs on the way back. Parking was difficult, but manageable. We found a place to turn around at the end of the street, helpful to back into the parking spot, plus some easier public spaces that were usually free (in March). All in all, we had a great time. It’s a beautiful place.

Perfect accommodation! Great for car drivers too! Good parking space, where you can easily find. The accommodation is really cozy and clean. I would come again just because!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

We were very enthusiastic about the warm welcome and hospitality of Sophie and her family. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is in a very beautiful environment and everything is very well maintained. From here you can make many beautiful excursions. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment, in a building overlooking CAP d'AIL center, very pleasant to live in, very functional, a spacious terrace and a superb and breathtaking view of the Mediterranean!!!
