The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

We had a wonderful weekend in Bussana Vecchia, a beautiful artists' village! Francesco's house is very nice and very well located. Francesco is a very friendly and very responsive host. We dined at the Osteria Degli Artisti 20m from the house, we feasted and the welcome was very warm. We recommend this magical place and will be happy to come back!

Matilde is a great host, we arrived very late and she trusted us with the check-in. Clear and precise instructions, she is very responsive. The accommodation was very clean when we arrived and smelled good as well as the linen. The plus: air conditioning throughout the accommodation as well as the rooms. The beach and restaurants are 15 minutes' walk and 5 minutes' drive away. There is everything you need to have a good stay. Thank you

Manuela’s apartment is beautiful, fully renovated, super clean and well located close to the train station and the beach. Supermarkets, coffee shops and other specialty stores are within easy walk. Our group of 3 enjoyed the stay. However, the apartment faces the main busy street and some of us had some issues with the sleep but it wasn’t a problem for our short stay. Manuela is truly a Superhost!! She was so kind that even picked us up from the train station and gave us a quick tour of the town. All in all we had a good stay!

Great experience in this apartment. Everything was as described. Very functional and the terrace is really very nice. And Marco was perfect. So I highly recommend it.

Marco was a great host, he met me in person and made me feel right at home. The home had slippers ready for me, auto blinds to make the home pitch dark if you want to take a nap, comfortable bedding, open living space and an amazing view of the beach right in front of you. Great job Marco and he was a very nice person!

Martin is a kind host, full of patience and kindness. He is very gentlemanly and helpful, he helps with luggage, he is smiling and responsive. He was able to advise us on nice little places in Monaco. The apartment was great. Martin has a sense of detail and it's very pleasant.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Menton! This location was prime to all the nearby cafes, restaurants, and beach. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station for quick trips to Monaco, Eze or Nice. Close access to the beach and the center of all the attractions. The listing was even better in person, immaculate and well thought of on all the amenities including beach mats and umbrellas! They really thought of everything! Lauriane was wonderful in her communication, responsiveness and making check in and check out seamless. This place is great for families and in a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend for all visiting beautiful Menton!

Great place. Super clean and well stocked. Short walk to supermarket and plague. We found the close train station, a few minute walk away a big plus for day trips. Car parking handy too, as Menton can be busy.

This apartment in Menton is a perfect place to stay to explore the Côte d’Azur, from Eze to Ventimiglia and beyond. All are easily reachable by train, the train station is a short 15 minute walk away. We also had a car and found it a quick easy base for further excursions too. The apartment itself is fantastic. We felt like we were coming to our own home each evening and it was extremely relaxing and beautiful to start the day with a cafe on the balcony. We are already talking about staying here again the next time our travels bring us to the South of France. Thank you, and especially thank you to Micaela for greeting us, giving us a tour of the apartment as well as excellent dinner recommendations.

Our stay was wonderful and the hosts were responsive. The location was very relaxing and had great outdoor space.

After 2 weeks in Roberto's apartment I can only be positive about the whole picture. First of all I have to mention the great view over the sea, the swimming pool and the small beaches. But what we especially liked was the peace. What a nice place to stay! The apartment itself fully met expectations, and those were already positive. Breakfast with the newly risen sun is also wonderful. The explanation upon arrival in the beautifully cleaned apartment was good, complete and cozy. My compliments. The box with cookies was also very much appreciated and underlined the friendliness. As a host I have experienced Roberto as very pleasant. His enthusiasm and completeness in reporting is infectious. We have received a lot of nice tips about local sights and places to eat and despite the fact that we have been on holiday on this coast for years, there were also a few nice new ones for us. Thanks! A bit shorter: highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. We had an amazing stay! Raymond & Anne were so friendly and helpful—always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of Monaco. It was easy to get around, yet the home felt private and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, with lots of thoughtful touches.
