Great location with everything we needed for our stay in Venice!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Despite short-term booking, Pina and her sons were easily accessible and made our stay a pleasant one. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are many delicious restaurants and you can easily walk to all the sights of Venice. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. All in all, we would book the apartment again and again.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay in Venice. It is very well located, very close to the bus station. It is located near a path to the Rialto Bridge with lots of shops and restaurants all along. A small bakery, often crowded with customers, allows you to have breakfast near the accommodation. Lucia sent us all the information for the arrival and departure. Communication was perfect. We would like to stay again in this beautiful, unusual and charming city.

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

We had a wonderful time at Luca’s beautiful house on the island of Albarella. The house was absolutely amazing — honestly even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our two teenagers. Luca is a fantastic host: very friendly, quick to respond, and full of great tips that really helped us make the most of our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the beach, swimming in the peaceful lagoon right behind the house, and watching the sunsets from the terrace. We can definitely recommend Luca’s place and we would love to come back again!

We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting with the great communication, a really exceptional apartment with all the trimmings, and a very smooth process for the entire booking. Requests were immediately responded to and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Top service and everything as described. We were certainly not the last time here and enjoyed the stay very much.

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

I was grateful that you waited for me and greeted me kindly even though I checked in late due to the flight schedule. I was comfortable throughout my stay with a warm home and a warm host, and it was nice to have an immediate response to what I needed. There was a big grocery store nearby, so it was nice to shop, and I bought fruit and meat at the accommodation and had dinner, which was a good memory that I couldn't have at the hotel. The children named the rabbit and the turtle and greeted them every day. I feel the warmth of a Venetian family home. Thank you!!

We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

I had a great experience during my stay at Moni’s place and will definitely look at staying again next time I’m in Venice. The process of getting in was straight forward and Luda was very pleasant and patient. Despite language barrier challenges, she was able to provide me with the information needed during my stay. The location was far enough away from any high traffic areas that it was very quiet and peaceful at night but well within walking distance of many shopping and dining options. The apartment was very clean, and Moni was very quick to respond despite the short notice of my booking request. The elevator made it very convenient to get up to the apartment with luggage and the gate leading to the elevator made the place feel very secure. I highly recommend Moni’s place if you are planning a trip to Venice!

Wow. Where to start! We were met off the Vaparretto and guided to our apartment. It is literally a few hundred yards away from the hustle and bustle of the grand canal. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, and more (even a plug-in mosquito killer, so we were never bothered by any flies, at all). There was a mini supermarket and restaurants galore right beside the apartment, and being next to the grand canal meant quick and easy vaparretto transport to anywhere in Venice. There was nothing to fault; i would (very happily!) stay again and would automatically look to see if the apartment was available if we came again.

This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

Martina's lovely flat was the perfect place to stay during our time in Venice. It is centrally located, beautifully furnished, and above a very active canal. We had a great time exploring and would definitely stay at Martina's again.

Beautiful stay in the heart of Venice I had a great stay in this charming accommodation! The location is absolutely perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the center, but still quiet enough to relax away from the tourist crowds. The apartment was clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need – the small design details in the apartment are especially nice. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sights and hidden corners of Venice that we probably wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Checking in and out went smoothly and easily. The one with a view of a canal was particularly beautiful. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience Venice authentically and comfortably. I'd love to come back!

We felt excellently accommodated in the last four weeks of the stay. After a detailed check-in by Elena, everything worked out great, the location is excellent, quiet and in particular Elena was always supportive, friendly and helpful!
