Great location with everything we needed for our stay in Venice!

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Le logement est parfait pour un séjour à Venise. Il est très bien situé, trés proche de la gare des bus. Il est situé à proximité d'un cheminement pour aller au pont de Rialto avec pleins de commerces et restaurant tout le long. Une petite boulangerie, souvent bondée de clients, permet de prendre le petit déjeuner à proximité du logement. Lucia nous a envoyé toutes les informations pour l'arrivé et le départ. La communication a été parfaite. On aimerait refaire un séjour dans cette magnifique ville, atypique et avec beaucoup de charme.

Nous remercions Roberto pour son accueil. Très réactif si vous avez des questions pendant votre séjour. Le logement est très bien situé, protégé et calme. La ligne de transport pour Venise est très proche. (Conseil : Ligne 7 pour aller sur Venise et en revenir, ou 7E) Pensez à prendre votre billet de bus à l’aéroport ou à la gare, pour le trajet du lendemain. Pizzeria juste à côté du logement. Tout s’est bien passé. Merci pour le séjour. On recommande 🙂

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

We absolutely loved our stay at Alice’s home. It was stunning, private location, very close to shopping, restaurants and all the beautiful places not to miss while in Venice. Highly recommended! Alice’s was very responsive and friendly. Thank you for the stay!

Welch eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft. Das Haus und der Garten sind ein einziges Paradies. Der Garten ist äußerst liebevoll angelegt und bietet viel fürs Auge. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt und es ist sehr entspannend, weil das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Im Haus selbst entdeckt man immer wieder Neues und es wird nicht langweilig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Jody und Vincenzo. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Köstlichkeiten bestückt. Zusätzlich gab es noch Prosecco und Obst. An Vincenzos Geburtstag wurden wir mit Tiramisu verwöhnt. Jody gibt gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Kurzum: Diese Unterkunft hat alle Sterne der Welt verdient. Danke, dass wir hier 12 Tage genießen durften

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Die Wohnung ist neu hergerichtet. Neue Bäder alles perfekt funktionierend und schön. Gute Matratzen schöne Bettwäsche neue Handtücher. Liebe Gastgeber super Lage. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank Edwin, liebe Grüße

We had a wonderful time at Luca’s beautiful house on the island of Albarella. The house was absolutely amazing — honestly even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our two teenagers. Luca is a fantastic host: very friendly, quick to respond, and full of great tips that really helped us make the most of our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the beach, swimming in the peaceful lagoon right behind the house, and watching the sunsets from the terrace. We can definitely recommend Luca’s place and we would love to come back again!

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation über eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit allem drum und dran bis hin zu einem sehr reibungslosen Ablauf der gesamten Buchung. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und so hatte Andrea u.a. extra noch einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Top Service und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

비행기 일정으로 늦은 시간 체크인 했음에도 기다려주시고 친절하게 맞아주셔서 감사했습니다. 정겨운 집과 따뜻한 호스트로 머무는 내내 편안했고, 필요한 사항에 즉각 응답해주셔서 좋았습니다. 주변에 큰 마트가 있어서 장을 보기 좋았고 숙소에 과일과 고기를 사와서 저녁을 해먹었는데 호텔에서는 가질 수 없는 좋은 추억이 되었습니다. 아이들은 토끼와 거북이에게 이름을 지어주며 매일 인사를 했습니다. 베네치아 가정집의 정겨움을 한껏 느끼고 갑니다. 감사합니다!!

Silvia is a fantastic host. Her place was perfect for our group of 6. Less than 10 minute walk from the train station upon arrival. There is also a vaporetto stop right in front of her place. She was very helpful with recommendations.

Le seul mot est parfait. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est très bien entretenu et très bien situé. Il y'a des restaurants à deux pas (même pour le petit déjeuner). Les hôtes sont très accueillant et très réactif. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour

This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

Wij hadden een geweldige ervaring bij Irene in dit prachtige verblijf. Ruime kamers met goede bedden en zowel aan de voorkant als de achterkant een terras. De host reageerde vrijwel meteen op onze vragen. Het enige kleine minpuntje is misschien dat de slaapkamer aan de straatkant iets meer gehorig is en geen airconditioning heeft. Voor de rest hebben wij niets aan te merken op dit verblijf. TOP!

This is a great stay! Close to everything and quiet at night. Loris provided excellent directions to get to the apartment. Shower has good water pressure and the AC was quite nice. Felt spacious enough for two!

The flat is in a convenient location. It's steps away from the train station and a ten-minute walk to the airport bus shuttle. The flat is spacious, clean, and modern. Michele was friendly and helpful, especially offering local recommendations. The self-check-in process however, wasn't that straightforward, and we had trouble accessing the keys, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
