Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

The accommodation is completed by a living room with an equipped kitchen and a comfortable wooden veranda furnished with table and chairs, perfect for the relaxation of the whole family.

Joivy DoveVivo is a newly built facility in the most authentic area of the historic centre of Venice, ideal for combining ease of movement and comfort of stay, being a 3-minute walk from the Santa Lucia train station and 7 minutes from the Piazzale Roma bus and waterbus terminal. The room has two separate beds and private bathroom. There is also a gym, a restaurant/bar and 2 terraces with breathtaking views.
