Holiday rentals with beach access in Venetian Lagoon

Apart from the initial difficulty getting into the apartment - Luciano gave us the wrong door code - it was excellent and a great location for any trip to Venice. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet but convenient and a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day.

Perfect apartment! I stayed in this apartment for my vacation and I have to say that everything was perfect! The apartment is complete with everything, nothing is missing. From helpful instructions and communication before arrival to a colourfully designed clean and bright apartment with beautiful views right in the centre of Burano. Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

We spent 5 nights ar Vittorio's place and were very satisfied. Spacious house with big garden. As we travel by car and with two large dogs, the space outside the house was perfect for us. The garden is fully fenced and private. Large terrace with a roof. Just take some mosquito spray - as the island has water all around, they are vicious there - in case you feel like sitting on terrace in the evening or take a stroll around the island.

We had a great week with many excursion opportunities incl. Venice nearby. The place was modern and clean. Mattia was friendly and responsive. Two bathrooms were a luxury for us. Everything was very clean and the number of towels was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Our son had fun on the trampoline in the garden. Nearby were lots of shopping, a great café in Cavallino and still plenty of open restaurants despite the off-season. Only the many mosquitoes were a bit annoying outside. The fly screens in all the windows were great.

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

Mega beautiful new house in a perfect location by the sea. Very clean and has everything you need. Would come back any time.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

My stay in the accommodation provided by Jean Pierre was a real highlight from start to finish. The apartment is located in the historic old town of Chioggia, also known as "Little Venice". As soon as I entered the apartment, I noticed the cleanliness and the loving, harmonious design – everything was hygienically perfect and tastefully furnished. The design perfectly rounded off the holiday and created a cozy atmosphere. The area offers numerous restaurants, bars and small shops, so there is something for every taste. Especially in the evening hours, Chioggia unfolds its very special, romantic charm - a real experience! The contact with Jean Pierre was always uncomplicated and cordial. He was always available to me via mobile phone with quick and detailed answers and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. His support was truly exclusive.

Too bad it was cold but I loved the proximity to the sea. we should go back in summer!

We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting with the great communication, a really exceptional apartment with all the trimmings, and a very smooth process for the entire booking. Requests were immediately responded to and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Top service and everything as described. We were certainly not the last time here and enjoyed the stay very much.

We were on site as a family and felt right at home! It was a very nice time and we would be happy to come back! The paid parking option was also great!

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

Adriana’s apartment was a great find in Venice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor so difficult if you have mobility issues but worth it for the view! Adriana was a great host, letting us check in early and leave our luggage at the apartment until our flight later in the day. I would definitely recommend this listing.
