My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

Really very nice accommodation and a big thank you to Camilla who takes care of everything. For example, with us, to reserve a tennis court. Full recommendation!

Luisa and Colin were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and were always available for any questions or requests prior to our arrival. They were attentive and open to all of our needs. The house itself was beautiful, with a stunning view and a pristine pool. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this estate to anyone traveling with children — they are sure to have a wonderful time here.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

We (two adults and two small children) spent a week in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, especially the beautiful garden we enjoyed very much! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. If we had questions, we got answers right away. The contact was always friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was ideally located near Lucca for excursions. We can fully recommend the apartment!

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

Our stay was truly special thanks to our wonderful host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome – he even came to pick us up, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. What touched us even more were the lovely welcoming gifts from his wife – such a sweet surprise that made us feel immediately at home. It’s rare to meet such genuine and caring people, and we’re so grateful for the experience. The home was just as described – cozy, clean, and full of warmth. We would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

We loved our stay. Very cute place, spacious rooms, clean, easy to find, easy check-in, hosts are very responsive and friendly. free parking on premise. Close to Lucca 20’, Viareggio 20’, Pisa, about one hour drive from Florence and close to many important places to visit in Tuscany. Alessandro, Valeria and little Bianca are a very Lovely family! We would definitely come back. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

We had a great week with Giovanna and Antonio. They are both very nice, helpful and always available for questions. The house is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The shared garden is beautiful and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day. Lucca is about 10 minutes away by car and Pisa and Florence are also easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place. Thanks for the great time :-)

We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.

This place is amazing!! The outdoor space is stunning and the accommodations are clean and have so much character! I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely stay here again. I would have loved to stay here longer. Two things that need to be considered for potential guests are that you can not park in front of the house and that the walk to the place is up a steep road, so be prepared! All of these things are noted on the listing though so just be prepared!! The place is worth it though if you are healthy enough to make it!

Beautiful accommodation! Quiet and cozy! Don't be surprised there's no air conditioning. The house is insulated and has thick walls. At 35 degrees, we didn't need air conditioning. Her relatives live in the house next door and are always ready to help! There's a wonderful garden with fireflies and geckos!There are insect nets😁 everywhere. The road to the apartment is very winding, but it is also very beautiful. Just six kilometers from the highway. 20 km from the beach. There are shops nearby (5-6km). Gas stations on every corner. We highly recommend it. Vodafone's range is not very good, but there is a router in the apartment. With two bathrooms and two toilets! Clean and tidy! Our family is very happy! I highly recommend it! Our stay in the house was perfect. The house is very spacious and modern, with a nice patio area and a large balcony as well. The location is great, within a walking distance to the train station, supermarket and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you Luca!

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)
