My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a private, enclosed complex in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace. The apartment was very nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and very well equipped with everything one might need for a stay. The accommodation has access to a large swimming pool. There are many interesting places for short trips in the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely want to return soon.

What an amazing stay we had in Lucca! The villa is slightly outside the centre and as we had no vehicle we used taxis each day but it was very simple with the Taxi App and they were easy to find in the city at the various taxi ranks. We had a wonderful day in Pisa, just a short train ride on quick and clean trains. Lucca itself is just beautiful, so many lovely restaurants and we enjoyed wandering around the walls. The villa itself was just wonderful, particularly the spotlessly clean pool and garden. The kids loved playing in the pool every afternoon after a day of exploring. Gabriele and his wife Paska are so helpful too. We had the best time and I highly recommend this villa for a wonderful stay in Lucca.

Wir haben uns bei Isabell sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und sauber. Isabell hat sich mit der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe geben und überall kleine Aufmerksamkeit platziert. Es gibt sehr gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants/Bars (Sugahero, Gli Orti können wir beides sehr empfehlen) und auch die Katzen auf dem Gelände werden vorgestellt. Das Pool Areal ist sehr clean und bietet viel Schatten, der Garten ist wunderschön durchdacht und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Wir würden Isabells Unterkunft auch Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

Ein außerordentlich schönes Haus, ein bisschen wie ein Museum. Aber kein verstaubtes, sondern alles wirkt in Gebrauch. Der Garten besteht vor allem aus Olivenbäumen, was dem Ganzen eine wunderbare Aura gibt. Wir mochten die Küche, sehr einladend, viel gekocht. Und natürlich den kleinen Billardraum. Gianluca ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Mensch, hat uns mit vielen guten Tipps überhäuft. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche bei Giovanna und Antonio verbracht. Sie sind beide sehr nett, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist genau so wie auf den Bildern, sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Der gemeinsame Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ist toll, um sich an einem heißen Tag abzukühlen. Nach Lucca braucht man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch Pisa und Florenz sind gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit :-)

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Siamo stati ospiti da Fabiana per un matrimonio a San Giuliano Terme. La casa è pulita, comoda e dotata di tutto. Fabiana co ha fatto trovare casa fresca e una bottiglia d’acqua che dopo il nostro viaggio di circa 4 ore è stato molto gradito. Li abbiamo trovato anche dei biscottini e le cialde da caffè veramente gradite. Faccio i miei complimenti a Fabiana si vede che è una casa gestita con cura e amore. La consiglio anche per chi vuole esplorare la zona di Pisa, noi in pochi minuti siamo stati anche al mare a Torre del Lago, molto carina. Grazie ancora

Die Unterkunft war einfach super. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt und alle unsere Bedürfnisse wurden ohne zu fragen direkt erkannt. Kaum schien die Sonne standen zwei Liegen parat. Die beiden waren sehr herzlich und man sieht mit wieviel Liebe zum Detail sie das Haus saniert haben. Wirklich einzigartig. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr idyllisch umgeben von viel Natur. Ein Traum, um einfach mal abzuschalten.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene a Casa Viola. L'Host Francesco,sempre gentilissimo, offre la massima disponibilta'per soddisfare qualsiasi necessita',informazioni,etc. La casa si presenta con pulizia impeccabile,comoda e fornita di tutto quello che serve e molto di piu'.All'esterno si puo' comodamente pranzare ed eventualmente regalare spazio ai nostri amati cani. La zona consente di trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax.Non possiamo che confermare le ottime recensioni fornite dagli altri ospiti. Grazie ancora Francesco

Eine buchstäblich überragende Lage. Wir sind jeden zweiten Tag auf der Anlage geblieben, haben gechillt und die Aussicht über die Bucht genossen. Auch den Pool und den Tennisplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist kurvig und steil und kann anspruchsvoll sein, wenn das Auto ein Schaltgetriebe und keinen Berganfahrassistenten hat. Mit Automatik war es kein Problem. Da die Anlage nur über ein verschlossenes Tor zu erreichen ist, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten draußen spielen und nach den Tieren sehen. Piera und Lorenzo waren sehr nett und bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Katzen waren sehr zutraulich, was besonders die Große gefreut hat.

Luisa and Colin were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and were always available for any questions or requests prior to our arrival. They were attentive and open to all of our needs. The house itself was beautiful, with a stunning view and a pristine pool. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this estate to anyone traveling with children — they are sure to have a wonderful time here.

Casa muy limpia y cómoda, cuidan los detalles y te dejan agua y comida de cortesía. Nos recibió la mamá de Elisa que vive en la misma propiedad, es una casa separada. La casa está con baño reformado, tiene todo lo necesario. Se puede tomar autobús muy cerca que te lleva a todas partes. Los taxis funcionan muy mal, si tiene que ir al aeropuerto o estación tren, recomiendo reservar taxi con antelación y aún así llegar con bastante tiempo, casi perdemos el tren. Recomiendo alojarse aquí!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war wunderschön gelegen, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders der große Pool war ein Highlight – ideal zum Entspannen und Erfrischen an warmen Tagen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und bot herrliche Ausblicke auf die toskanische Landschaft. Cristina war eine fantastische Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.

Simone è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. Dalla prenotazione, alle variazioni richieste e anche per la permanenza ci ha sempre dato feedback rapidissimi e precisi. Casa come da descrizione, ordinata e molto bella, in posizione centrale e comoda per spostarsi e per gruppi numerosi. Flessibilità anche per l'orario del check in/check out quando richiesto per lasciare i bagagli. Tutto positivo, lo consiglio assolutamente!
