Holiday rentals with breakfast in Vecchiano

It was just great at Massimiliano's! A warm, always accessible host. Even at 5:45 in the morning on the day of departure, he prepared a delicious breakfast with smoothie and crostini and drove me to the train station! I was allowed to use one of the bikes for 4 days, which is worth its weight in gold to me! The room I had is bright and airy with its own balcony. You can sit in front of the house, where Massimiliano served breakfast. You can use the well-equipped kitchen. Great. Pine forest and beach Maurizio (you have to go there 》Stefano and Claudia are totally nice and warm and the beach not too expensive) are close, and the bar 4/20 Electricafé, also a highlight. Cool people, great music, delicious burgers. If you like Syrian food, you should definitely go to Dal Siriano. SO, I was completely happy & satisfied with Massimiliano and Alessandra - but unfortunately I did not meet them personally. I would love to come back to Viareggio and to Massimiliano!

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She went way above and beyond with our inquiries. We have yet to encounter a more thoughtful host. The view from the balcony was surreal. Having breakfast sent to our room with the view was definitely one of the most memorial moments of our entire 2-week trip!

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. It was a wonderful experience, in a house that to say perfect is to say little: private parking, house well-stocked with everything, very clean, quiet, a great mattress, even the possibility of eating out thanks to a private terrace. All this is set in the context of the small town of Pitelli, a hamlet 8 km from La Spezia, which has an excellent supermarket, a pizzeria, an Arci club, a butcher shop and even a pharmacy! All within a 3-4 minute walk from the house. Enviable location, impeccable service from the host and attentive to our needs: we can't wait to go back!

Agnese was exceptionally kind, always responsive by message, she was able to give us advice and support us during our 3 days there. The accommodation is great, quiet, perfect for disconnecting from the world for a few days with a splendid view of La Spezia. We recommend 100%.

Communication with Angela was always smooth and friendly. We were able to check in flexibly and Angela responded quickly. She also responded promptly to special requests. The B&B is located just outside Pisa, but can be reached quickly via a longer walk, by bus or other means of transport. We felt very comfortable.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The location is excellent (about a 10-minute walk to the train station), which made it really easy for us to visit Cinque Terre, our main goal for the trip. The host, Pina, was extremely helpful and kind, always available to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Anna has a lovely place located close to the central street & close enough to the train station. The patio has a beautiful view of the water & colourful houses. Great spot for a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the night. The place is spacious. Anna provides step by step photos to get you to her location which were very helpful. Highly recommend this spot & host if you are travelling to Cinque Terre!

Accommodation in the city center, you are a 5-minute walk from the sea, the port, via Grande and via Cairoli, the streets with shops. Close to the Mercato Centrale, which is not only a building to admire, but also convenient for shopping. The apartment enjoys the panoramic view of a loft. I arrived and Ilaria was at home to welcome me for check-in. Super kind and very nice. I have not found any defects or inconsistencies with what is described on the site. Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at NiGu! From start to finish, Nicola and Greta went above and beyond to make our first visit to CT memorable and enjoyable. From helpful advice to extra kindnesses, we couldn’t have asked for more. We loved it. We are grateful 🇮🇹🌺

Anna and Alessio are fabulous hosts. Quick to respond to any request, leaving gifts like wine, focaccia and the best limoncello I have every tasted and just really nice people. The apartment is very clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It is so great that this is our second stay here. It was like coming home. It also has a balcony with the most amazing views. A garden that you can sit , relax and drink wine. This is our favorite place in Italy.

Really enjoyed staying at Giuliana's place. It was walking distance to the square and close to the harbor where you could hop on a ferry to visit neighboring islands and villages. There were lots of restaurants to choose from within the Lerici. Giulian was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved that she provided a light breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. The wifi was also strong so I could do some work while I was staying at her place. I highly recommend Giuliana's place.

The apartment had an amazing location because it was 2 minutes walk from the tower of Pisa. The Airbnb felt homely and comfortable. We slept really well each night. There was a stunning view over the mountains from the balcony, that I spend half an hour each morning enjoying. I really enjoyed spending time with the 2 dogs (Schnauzers) that live with Cristina, who are very friendly. I hope I can stay again next time I visit Pisa!

La Forestaria is truly an amazing! Not only is it beautiful and peaceful but we had so much fun there! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was a very quick drive to Lucca and near anything you may need! If you’re staying here I would also recommend trying to join one of the cooking class hosted at the location! We had an amazing time and I truly hope we come back one day!

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was refreshing and relaxing while looking out over the town. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Clio. See you soon!

Overall comment: I highly recommend this room. This is the best Airbnb ever. If I come back to Pisa, I will definitely return here. As for the room, it is big and bright. Everywhere is clean and tidy. You can clearly see that it's a lovely house with a lot of effort put in by Paola, evident in its cleanliness and decoration. The location is great; it's in the middle between the train station and the airport, both of which only take around 10 minutes to walk to. Regarding Paola, she is the nicest host I have ever met. My friend and I originally planned to leave before breakfast time, but Paola offered breakfast 15 minutes earlier for us. We greatly appreciate her kindness and enthusiasm. Additionally, we forgot to inform her of our arrival time, which caused some confusion when we arrived. However, Paola calmly came to help us check in as quickly as possible, and she didn't blame us or say anything negative. We truly love her and her house. Wishing her all the best!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!
