Monthly Rentals in Valencia

My host was first class in all respects. Regardless of the small kitchen, it got the job done for my early morning breakfast. I stayed for 6 weeks & absolutely loved the incredible location which cannot be beat!

I had the pleasure of staying in Jorge’s loft for two weeks. From the very beginning, Jorge and his wife were incredibly attentive and kind. They were always quick to respond to any question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. The loft itself is calm, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless—it’s clear that great care goes into keeping the place in perfect condition. I slept very well every night, which says a lot about both the comfort of the space and the peacefulness of the area. The location is another major highlight: you’re just a short walk from the stunning Turia Park and also close to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy both nature and city life. It truly felt like the perfect base for exploring Valencia while also having a tranquil place to unwind. Warm, responsive hosts + an ideal location + a clean and quiet space = the perfect stay. Maria Jose was very friendly, kind, helpful, and responded quickly when there were any issues. The location was very good, so close to a metro and to many bus routes. The decor of the living room was lovely with artifacts as well as photos taken by herself that are so impressive. The weather was not very good but that has nothing to do with this lovely and kind host. I would gladly return to this apartment if I return to Valencia.

I stayed at Carlos’s place with friends. There was plenty of room for three of us. The apartment was extremely well located for exploration of Jardín del Turia and for wandering the Old Town neighborhoods, and the apartment was well equipped for light meals. We were met at the apartment by Carlos’s partner, Carmen. Carlos was very proactive with communication, and quickly answered all our questions. I don’t know if I will ever be back in Valencia, but if I do I will check to see if this apartment is available. The views from this 10th floor spot were spectacular in many directions.
