Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Valencia

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

We stayed in 2 families for 5 days. The house is very cozy, equipped with all comforts, clean. The outdoor pool is the highlight of the house, excellent relaxation area, great for children, strategic area 20 minutes from the main attractions. The owners were kind and helpful. We thank you for the welcome and it will certainly be a destination that we will recommend to everyone. thank you again!!!

Wonderful apartment to stay for a family of 5. The terraces we're big with sea views, the apartment complex has tennis and basketball/soccer courts, and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Included parking was a nice perk when we stayed but in summer would be a must. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and a washing machine was helpful for when we came back from the beach sandy! Everything was clean, lots of space, and about a 30-40 min drive to Valencia. We loved it, and the fact that the apartment has tennis rackets and beach towels made packing easier.

We were great in the apartment. The truth is that the apartment had everything you need. We didn't miss anything at all. Anything we needed was found scrambling through the apartment. 30 minutes from Valencia and a 5-minute walk from the beach. If we can, we'll do it again. Thank you for everything Enrique!!

We rested from 11 to 18. 4 adults and 2 children. Apartment fully met our expectations. It is well equipped and with beautiful sea views. We were particularly impressed with the terrace. Ana was very kind and always resolved quickly to all our questions. We really appreciate it.

Perfect, peaceful location for hikes ! Martin communicates proactively! We were very happy with the tips we got! We had a small problem with the heating but Martin was very responsive and sent help very quickly. Would be happy to be back!

We had a very nice stay! We arrived in the night and Maria was ready to receive us with clear instructions and in addition there was drinks and some goodies ready. A nice reception! The apartment is bigger than the photos suggest, there is nothing missing and there are plenty of towels. The balcony has a sea view and the beach is within walking distance. The car could be under the apartment for free. The complex is clean and quiet. A perfect place for exploring Valencia.

We were very comfortable in this beautiful apartment that as soon as we entered, we were struck by the cleanliness I had and how well it smelled. It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend time without missing anything. José Manuel was very kind at all times, he informed us of several options to be able to do these days, unfortunately the weather did not accompany and we will have to return to enjoy its beautiful pool and the large beach that is just a few steps away. We'll be back!!!

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

We stayed two weeks in Veronica's nice apartment. Everything was very good in the accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen. You can almost cook any dish you want there, the equipment is sufficient wherever you want to cook. A couple of minutes' walk to the beach and there are two nice beach chairs available. Wi-Fi is good. The area is very quiet and safe. A large, nice pool and a very well-kept garden to enjoy. Good bus connection to city center. It takes about 40 minutes. If you want a nice vacation, rent Veronica's apartment!

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Great time had by our family, lovely flat, great pool, short walk to beach & restaurants. Valencia a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

It's been an incredible weekend, the apartment is great for 6 people, and it has views that you fall in love with. With a pool and on the beach, in the center of the Paseo with many areas to eat or drink, the truth is that we loved the location. Dining, eating or having a drink on your balcony is wonderful. The rooms are equipped with sheets and towels, the kitchen with utensils and cleaning supplies, in the bathroom soap and paper, the truth is that no detail has been overlooked. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is always handy. Two bathrooms with two showers, although one is small, it has been great for 6 people. We are emotionally hungover, thank you very much for renting us your apartment, we felt at home!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

The Villa is a beautiful please and had more than enough equipment, seating, amenities. The villa was spotless, so welcoming and everything was set out clearly. Nacho and his brother who supported our check in was AMAZING! Explained everything, local area and happy to answer any questions. Nacho incredible host with an incredible Villa. The location was 15/20mins from all the main things including the city centre. 22mins by car. Local supermarket walkable and restaurants near by. Will be back soon!

Conveniently located to lovely large sandy beach, about 5-10 minutes walk away. Public transport close by to get to city centre. Property suited us fine. Kitchen is small but we only used the kettle for tea/coffee and didn't cook at all. Bedrooms over 3 floors. Living room also serves as dining room, but we didn't eat there so not an issue. Small food shops dotted around and lots of local restaurants. Isidro very helpful and quick to respond and provided useful info on where to want.

We had a splendid week at Jose's place. The villa is absolutely bonkers, has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all people, as well as super spacy common areas and yard. The house is cool even if you don't use the AC. The amenities were great, we had everything we need. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was spotless. The only downside is the distance to the city centre and beaches - you have to plan your commuting well. But, there is easy access to the metro and you can use Uber and Freenow services as well. Huge thanks to Jose for being responsive during our entire stay, taking care of our needs and providing this wonderful villa for our vacation. Cheers!

Superb accommodation close to the center of Valencia equipped on all points, nothing to complain about. The house makes 10 times better than pictured the impeccable pool the gym is large and equipped as necessary I was able to follow my workouts despite the fact that I was on vacation we spent a very good week in Valencia and the accommodation and one of its reasons again thank you to the two hosts who were very welcoming and responsive to the slightest problem. Very attentive always attentive to any novelty, friendly, the excellent facilities very comfortable everything with good space, has a very well equipped relaxation area and in very good condition, always recommended, a luxury house I'll be back!

We had a lovely time in Ricardo's place. The house is very well organised and super clean. The garden was very relaxing with a BBQ option. Plenty of space for our 2 big dogs to run around. Walking distance from the town and shops. We will definitely come back.
