We had an amazing weekend stay at Ryan’s place! The house was spotless and well-kept, and the dock right out the back door was a highlight—perfect for relaxing or fishing. I wasn’t sure if fish would be around since it’s tucked near the end of the channel, but to my surprise, we saw fish jumping out of the water at night! The view of SpaceX from the home was also a cool bonus. The community had great amenities, and the location was perfect—just across the bridge from South Padre Island. Best of all, my two dogs were welcome and had a blast exploring the area with us. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly waterfront getaway with easy access to the island!

I loved staying there! Perfect size for about 1-3 people. Shower worked wonderful, provided nice towels, plates and bowls , paper towers, and silverware.

The owners could not have been nicer. The property is beautiful, historic, and well maintained. We spent close to 2 months and felt virtually at home immediately. The fact that washers and dryers were available on site made the stay more comfortable. The owners have compiled a notebook that covers the questions a vacationer might have. Overall a very nice stay.

Cindy’s house exceeded expectations. It was very comfy, quiet, and felt like home. We look forward to returning on our next trip.
