Ave Maria was exactly how it is looking in the photos. Quiet location. near to the daily items shops. Rooms are a bit smaller but that's fine. They are well maintained, clean bathrooms, spacious kitchen. My family felt comfortable immediately.. The caretaker Basvaraj was also friendly. I would certainly recommend this one my friend circle.

A peaceful nature escape near Kudle Beach 🌿 We stayed here for 2 nights, and it was such a serene experience. The location is just a 5-minute walk from Kudle Beach through a narrow path — make sure to carry a torch if you’re heading out at night! The area is surrounded by lush fields and beautiful flowers, creating a peaceful, nature-filled atmosphere. The house is actually a charming little hut — so beautiful that words don’t do it justice. It has two cozy rooms and a shared bathroom. While there’s no WiFi or AC, which might be a dealbreaker for some, it was honestly hard to leave! With those additions, I would’ve stayed longer. There’s about a 100-meter walk from the parking lot to the hut, but the host kindly helped us with our endless luggage, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at Beachway Homestay! Manjunath was an absolute gem – super helpful and always just a call away. He guided us over the phone to the location and gave us great suggestions for nearby beaches, restaurants and things to do. He even arranged a two wheeler for us at a very reasonable price, which made getting around super easy. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness – we had accidentally left our hats on top of the almirah while checking out, and Manjunath not only found them but personally came all the way to Mahabali Temple to return them to us. That kind of care and attention really made our experience special. Highly recommend this place – warm hospitality, great service and a personal touch that’s hard to find.

when I tell you this is the most beautiful place I have stayed at, believe me! I don't think any airbnb in Goa will stand upto this. if you're a resort peraon , then I can't say much but the natural beauty and peace lovers, don't think twice. The pictures are accurate but don't do justice. Apart from all this, the hosts are amazing. They will be as friendly as you want to. You will have your own space but if you wish to gel up, they are great people! Special shout out to Mansi. She got me pakodas when it was about to rain, she had incense sticks up before we reached. 10000% recommended and will visit again.
