Our stay was lovely and extremely comfortable. The house is very beautiful and it was a very different experience. Pedro was very very helpful through our stay! The staff are also very courteous! Overall, thanks for a wonderful and memorable time!

We had a great stay at the Figueiredo house. The house is beautiful, charming and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is furbished with modern amenities. Pedro is a wonderful host and helped us with local recommendations. We enjoyed the museum tour at the house, it showcases some exquisite pieces that have been in the family for generations. The house is in a quiet part of Goa, which we really enjoyed.

One word - excellent stay ! I travelled with my 2 indie pets and they simply loved the place. The open garden front of the room with proper fencing allowed by pe to to run around freely. We humans loved the house . It was clean, felt at home and was very peaceful and comfortingly. Being right in the middle Of the farm area it was peaceful , green and fresh air is all that I was offered Host Sudarshan Sir was very kind in his reverts and was super kind in guiding me all the way to his farm and kept tracking as well. He was very kind enough to take me for a walk early in the morning to his whole farm and made me taste some of the lovely fruits and I could capture some amazing clicks too He also showed his personal space and room and made us the morning breakfast before checkout Thank you so much sir for your kind and amazing hospitality All in all an excellent stay and will visit soon on my way back

We had booked the stay just for a night stay but the place took my heart. Everything was amazing- the warm vibe of Mr.Rajesh, amazing food cooked by his wife Mrs.Deepa, their cute little playful dog Daisy, and the forest view. The house was spot clean with freshly washed linen and best hospitality. The place was very calm, breezy and peaceful. Truly deserves to be rated as one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had till date. I’m definitely visiting the place again. P.S. if you’re planning to visit Dandeli, would suggest skipping that and plan a 2 day trip to this place instead. It has lots more to offer- jungle safari, boat safari, trek, nature walk.

In March 2018 my partner and me stayed at the Figueiredo House with our three small children for 4 nights. Communicating with Fatima was great. Even before our arrival she was very helpful, answered all my questions and offered help with transportation etc. The accommodation is just impressive: A beautiful, well-maintained family house with a great history, that lets you feel like traveling back in time. The dinners we had were really superb and we would definitely love to stay with Fatimas family again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

We recently stayed at Khama Khetana, nestled deep in the jungle, it was an unforgettable experience! The location was serene, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature. The cabin was well-designed, blending perfectly with its environment, offering both comfort and rustic charm. Waking up to the sound of birds and dipping on their private pond was a highlight. The host was attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful, off-the-grid retreat!

Best hospitality from the host as well as the care taker and also the place was like heaven on earth the most beautiful and cleanest pool I’ve ever seen. And the ambiance the amenities the service everything was just perfect. Its going to be my go to place in south Goa now on

A beautiful Farm stay in the middle of a dense spice garden , lots of greenery, hens , cows, squirrels, and birds. The room was as described, clean and basic. The common kitchen was convenient to cook small meals for our infant. Loved the evenings at the dining area. no distractions of TV or mobile. sip drinks , enjoy freshly made meal and conversations. Food was tasty home cooked meals. The spice tour was also very interesting and informative. The pool was unique.

Excellent experience. We were 4 families (8 adults and 7 kids) and had the entire property to ourselves. Manoj, Iyyapan took wonderful care of us - the hospitality was terrific. The property by itself is massive, luxurious, comes with all facilities and services, while being far away from the crowd and noise. Highly recommended.

What an absolute gem! A truly magical place with great staff, really felt at home here. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in South Goa! We went for Christmas with my family (6 adults) and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lancaster and Shibu coordinated our arrival, so we didn't have to stress about anything when we arrived in Goa! The villa is incredible, it's spacious with beautiful furniture pieces, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable. All the rooms are a pleasure to spend time in, we particularly like the outdoor balcony! The pool is great and the beach is very close by. It's a lovely quiet beach with some beautiful stretches, only a short walk from many beach shacks in both directions. Would recommend Baggies Beach Shack and Magzika to anyone visiting. The staff were incredible. Lancaster was always available if we needed anything, even giving us a local phone to use if we needed. We also rented bikes from Lancaster for the duration of our stay which were dropped off to the villa, in very good condition and a very fair price. All of the staff made our stay stress free and fun, Lancaster, Santosh, and our favourite security guard Bikash! We arrived late on the first day and after Lancaster and Santosh dropped us all home, Lancaster took two of us out to pick up some food for the rest of the group! Really went above and beyond on so many occasions! I cannot speak highly enough about this place and the people here, we all are sad to be back home and want to start planning our next trip!!

I stayed at Ashoks place with my husband and 2 kids. The farm is beautiful and we felt very inspired by the story of the farm and everything they had achieved. Ashok, his family and staff were all extremely helpful and professional. We really enjoyed the tour and the pool. unfortunately for us, we visited during a heat wave which meant we decided to leave a little earlier as we were too hot! We would love to go back another time and stay for longer during more manageable weather. The food was delicious and accomodation spacious and practical. Thanks Ashok to you and family for making our stay a wonderful experience.
