We had a great stay here. Initially, the room we booked had a non-functional AC due to damage caused by a previous guest. However, the host proactively informed us about this before our arrival and immediately provided us with a better room. This reflects the host's excellent proactiveness and commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Priya's place. The place was in a peaceful society away from hustle bustle yet the beach and all the popular cafes were only 2-3 mins ride away. The rooms and all amenities were exactly as mentioned in the listing. The space was specky clean and spacious enough for a long term stay. The kitchen had all the essentials including a fully functional microwave. Host was responsive and provided detailed info about everything including local recommendations. The caretaker was a very humble and friendly guy who also helped us with the vehicle rental. Overall it was a great stay, would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay near Palolem.

The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Highly recommended place for group of friends, couples and family. Thank you Maison for making our stay super comfortable.

Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. The place is located in a quaint and green neighbourhood.Right from the time we booked the place, Sonal was in constant touch with us and answered every query, big or small, almost instantly. Check in and check out were a breeze as the caretaker Durga and his family were always available for every requirement.We were absolutely comfortable and at home in the apartment. It is nicely done up and is pretty spacious. Would like to thank Sonal and Ashish for contributing to our amazing trip to Goa. One can't really enjoy if one doesn't come back to a welcoming and warm space after a hectic day. This homestay was just that!!!! A big thanks 😊

I've been visiting goa since the past 12 years and this is by far the most homely stay I've been in. hosts are very friendly and very informative. The stay was very clean and neat. they had all the kitchen equipments too and the best part was the ping-pong table. me and my wife had a very good time. cheers to Marlon and Martha. we will be visiting soon :)

It was a great place, more than what I expected. The place was clean, had all amenities listed. It was a peaceful place with good scenery. The host was also very responsive helped us out with cabs and rentals. Loved the place.

Neat and comfortable home with easy accessible to beach and other shops. The instructions were very clear and Mr Rohit gave the contact numbers for rent a vehicle which was very helpful. Kitchen is having kettle pop up toaster fridge and Microwave with essential utensils. We can stay here with homely feeling. Had a nice stay. Congratulations on being brilliant hosts. Ryan responded to any questions quickly and accurately. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. All amenities were available as described and in excellent condition. Super comfy beds a rarity in Goa. Would 100% stay again.

Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

Our experience surpassed our expectations. The apartment is well-furnished with quality fixtures, appliances and home furnishings. Loved the peace and quiet on the property. The location is truly pet-friendly with enough space to walk your dog. Our pet was extremely happy, and settled in immediately. Recommended for small families that want a peaceful getaway in clean, pristine condition. The giant Mario Miranda mural outside, adds a lovely touch to the property. The beach is not too far away, and we also discovered Robin's Ark, a pet-friendly restaurant, nearby. Vick is a gracious, proactive host, and has furnished the space with generosity and a great aesthetic sense.

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!

Stay was comfortable. Clean Arossim Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are within walkable distance. its a peaceful place to spend holiday.
