Townhome holiday rentals in Upstate South Carolina

A beautiful home with incredible views! It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The home was listed as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was 2 1/2 baths. This home provided a serene view of Lake Lure and mountains with an added bonus of being able to see Chimney Rock right outside the window. The Italian restaurant within walking distance had kind service and great food. The close proximity to parks, quaint boutiques, and The Flowering Bridge were a bonus! We enjoyed this property so much over New Years, we can only imagine how great it will be during the Summer.

Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, spotless and many extras. Aida thinks of everything. She is a very responsive and gracious host.

Great stay! I was there for a month and this location was central to just about everything! Sweet neighborhood with walking distance to cafes. The house was nice and spacious and the host was responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay for 4 adults for graduation weekend. Well stocked kitchen and nice touches like multiple well-placed power strips. Gwyneth was quick to respond the couple of times I reached out to her. The location is good and technically walkable to downtown Athens - though it was a bit too far and hilly for my elderly parents. All and all a very nice stay!

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space for 10 adults. We came in for a wedding and enjoyed having room to spread out. We all had plenty of privacy. The hosts provided nice treats and amenities. Thank you!

Our stay was fabulous! Everything we needed was provided—and then some! Beautifully decorated, pristine & very clean. Home was peaceful & quiet and close to everything we wanted to do in Black Mountain & Montreat. Would highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is close to everything, but also quiet and secluded. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed, and it was very clean. We cannot wait to come back.

Spacious and clean home! Plenty of room to spread out. Quite neighborhood, close to grocery and highway for easy access (no extremely curvy or steep roads to get to it).. Perfect for our family and perfect location for Hellbender race and only 20 minutes from Asheville! 100% would stay again! Great responsive host.

Susan’s house was gorgeous, extremely spacious, cozy, and clean! Breathtaking views from every room and two levels of outdoor patio. The only sad thing was that Lake Lure and surrounding areas are still mostly closed and recovering from Helene’s devastating storm damage. They’re working really hard to repair, and we definitely want to return when everything reopens. There was still plenty to do and explore, just maybe check in to things before you go. 10/10 would return!

Our stay was excellent. Only thing we disliked was the "second bedroom". Ladder access and no headroom. You would have to crawl to the bed. I would suggest a lamp of some type in the living room. The overhead lights were not conducive to relaxing in the living room. The location was fantastic. The apartment was immaculate! The earplugs to muffle the traffic were much appreciated. Would stay there again.

The Owl's Nest was an awesome little spot. The custom owl sand art piece was actually a lot of fun with a somewhat mesmerizing light show. The shower had decent water pressure and enough hot water for 3 people to shower in a row. The beds and pillows were also comfortable.

This place was super cute and great for the five of us. It wasn’t too far from downtown and had some great places to eat around it as well. Highly recommended staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to downtown. The home was very clean and updated. The kitchen was super nice and all of the bathrooms were clean and spacious. I loved being able to park in the garage as well. Definitely would rent again! Don’t miss out.

We loved our stay. The area is waterfall central with beautiful sites to see. We even saw some bears. Jay was very helpful for providing tips on sites to see. The home is very comfortable. We had an extremely relaxation vacation!

Una casa hermosa y perfecta! tuvimos una estancia de 1 mes y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente ni problema. Emily y su equipo siempre estuvieron pendientes, las instrucciones son únicamente necesarias para la estancia, eso me parece perfecto. Un lugar limpio!!! es lo mejor de todo. definitivamente me volvería a hospedar. Gracias chicos!

It is a modest sized 3 bedroom that was perfect for a couple! Probably would be good for two couples or family with 2 kids.

The place is very nicely put together. There are two small decks on the side of the house that are great outdoor areas. The large indoor living spaces are well furnished and decorated. The downstairs has a spacious playroom including a pool table which doubles as a dinning room table. The kitchen is fully stocked for easy meal prep. We prepared dinner and breakfast at the house each day of our trip. Great place if you’re staying in the Hendersonville area.

Loved this place! Plenty of amenities and the view was restful and peaceful. I plan on renting g this place again soon!! Definitely a 5!

It was truly remarkable, my first time ever using an airbnb and it was worth every penny! Rodney was extremely helpful through everything and when I had any questions or concerns he answered in a timely and friendly manner! It was beautiful, and well maintained! I'd definitely come back again!!
