Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

Dayna goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied and we felt very much at home during our stay.

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

Andy’s place was exactly as described and perfect for our occasion! Andy was also very responsive and very helpful when I needed anything and we love that this place accommodates dogs! We would definitely stay here again !

The host thought of everything needed in the kitchen, we were able to cook our meals without needing to buy any utensils or prep tools. The house was tidy. The location was perfect so many things to do near by. The water park is literally located behind the townhomes complex. I would recommend and definitely would stay again in the future.

Great stay! I was there for a month and this location was central to just about everything! Sweet neighborhood with walking distance to cafes. The house was nice and spacious and the host was responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Such an amazing place! We walked to the hot air ballon area a few times and it was super easy to get around! Beautiful decor! We will be back

Our stay was fabulous! Everything we needed was provided—and then some! Beautifully decorated, pristine & very clean. Home was peaceful & quiet and close to everything we wanted to do in Black Mountain & Montreat. Would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and cozy with a lot of little “extras” like toothpaste, toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, etc. We were having an issue with the air, but Matthew responded within 5 minutes of me asking him if we working the nest incorrectly and was able to reset the AC to almost immediately cool it off. He even checked in after the fact to make sure it was still cool in the house. We loved our stay and hope to stay here again!

Spacious and clean home! Plenty of room to spread out. Quite neighborhood, close to grocery and highway for easy access (no extremely curvy or steep roads to get to it).. Perfect for our family and perfect location for Hellbender race and only 20 minutes from Asheville! 100% would stay again! Great responsive host.

Place is awesome and big enough for 7 people and master bedroom is really nice and hot tub is nice and view of the mountain is pretty nice , next to a restaurant and market which helped our stay and a beautiful waterfall down the road. Place is really clean and comfy and would definitely stay again if in the area .

Our stay was excellent. Only thing we disliked was the "second bedroom". Ladder access and no headroom. You would have to crawl to the bed. I would suggest a lamp of some type in the living room. The overhead lights were not conducive to relaxing in the living room. The location was fantastic. The apartment was immaculate! The earplugs to muffle the traffic were much appreciated. Would stay there again.

Stayed at Frank’s place for a week. He is a great host and communication was excellent. Check in was very easy. The townhouse is large and very clean with a huge deck with a grill off the living room. There are also 2 smart TVs. We were able to cook several meals since the kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are very comfortable. The amenities are a nice bonus and included in the rental. There is a hilly walking path right around the corner and a wonderful flat walking trail that goes along the lakeshore in another part of the community. There is also a restaurant inside the community that is very convenient. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

This place was super cute and great for the five of us. It wasn’t too far from downtown and had some great places to eat around it as well. Highly recommended staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, close to downtown. The home was very clean and updated. The kitchen was super nice and all of the bathrooms were clean and spacious. I loved being able to park in the garage as well. Definitely would rent again! Don’t miss out.

We loved our stay. The area is waterfall central with beautiful sites to see. We even saw some bears. Jay was very helpful for providing tips on sites to see. The home is very comfortable. We had an extremely relaxation vacation!

Beautiful place with lots of room to entertain. Short distance to shopping and tubing. Loved the view in the morning off the master bedroom deck.

The place is very nicely put together. There are two small decks on the side of the house that are great outdoor areas. The large indoor living spaces are well furnished and decorated. The downstairs has a spacious playroom including a pool table which doubles as a dinning room table. The kitchen is fully stocked for easy meal prep. We prepared dinner and breakfast at the house each day of our trip. Great place if you’re staying in the Hendersonville area.

Brandy was a really responsive and attentive host during our stay, we had a small issue obtaining some guest passes when we arrived and she had it fixed in a matter of minutes. The unit it self was very cozy,clean and had board games ready to use. Local recommendations were decent, we tried all places listed and enjoyed the views and drinks offered. We would definitely stay again!
