Monthly Rentals in Union Valley

We have stayed with Kathleen before, and it is always a great experience! We enjoy the privacy and the access to the pond. Our family has made many great memories here. We lost our daughter 2 weeks ago, and I wanted this to be the place we came after her memorial. It was one of the last places we were together as a family. Kathleen made sure to accommodate us and was so thoughtful. I will definitely be back again. It's becoming our home away from home when we visit our family in Dallas. Thank you Kathleen!

Susan’s home was so peaceful and helped connected me to nature. Looking outside at the pond and the birds was calming while I worked. The house can fit a large number of guest even though it was just three of us. I had all the kitchen utensils to cook with which was nice because I prepared every meal the 2 weeks I was there. She is very responsive if you need to reach out to her. The property was gated so I felt safe.

We stayed at this property for the better part of a year, while our house was under renovation. Brandon was very kind. He allowed us to extend several times. The back yard was a great for our children to play. The neighbors are very nice. There were several things that needed to be fixed while we were then and our host took care of it right away. We would stay again!

We stayed in Yousef’s house for a night before flying out of DFW. It was perfect!! We had friends that we were visiting in the neighborhood & this was the most perfect location. The house was even better than the pictures. It had everything you could need. The bed was so comfy. The master bath had a huge shower that was absolutely beautiful. It was very quiet and I got the best sleep! Absolutely stunning home! Yousef was a great host & I will stay again on my next trip!
