We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

John's place was absolutely perfect. It was a great size and clean. Wifi was great and worked well for conference calls with no issue. La Valeta is a great neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the main town while still within short walking distance of some amazing coffe places and restaurants. The airbnb had everything I needed. The pool area was quiet and always had room. John was extremely responsive. Highly recommend for long term stays.

My experience at Naj Ti Kin was great. The apartment was impeccable, just like in the photos, and full of details that made my stay very comfortable. The location is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature, and at the same time close to everything. The hosts' service was excellent: always attentive, friendly and willing to help with any questions I asked. The directions they gave us to get from the airport to the accommodation were very clear and useful. Price-quality ratio, very good. I would definitely stay here again, 100% recommended.
