Loft holiday rentals in Tulum Municipality

this property was perfect for our family. kids loved the pool, it was peaceful and quiet, wifi super fast, the beach was less than 10 minute ride by car. Tulum was like 20 minutes away, although we preferred Akumal west of highway, which felt more authentic. would definitely stay there again.

This location is very convenient, close to the nightlife and restaurants but not loud. The outdoor/open air living room with hammock, and two balconie, is very cool. Great all around experience for the price.

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Came an hour prior to checkin. Ron was there to meet us and let us in. The place is clean. It is located at the end of the strip, but is less than a 5 minute walk to the first restaurant. Host sent a guide via email prior to our stay. It was very helpful for things to do in the area. Pack light, there is a spiral staircase to get to the top floor. Good experience and great host. The apartment was very clean and great for traveling solo or in a couple. The hosts were very communicative from the start of booking until check out. We did go during high season and with most of the apartments being airbnbs and so close together, it was pretty noisy. The area is also not fully developed so beware of unpaved roads and having to walk a bit to the nearest coffee shop or store. Other than that, i would definitely recommend this apartment !

Its location in La Veleta is ideal—close to fantastic restaurants and just a 15-minute drive to the beach. Very nice apartment complex, just as per the photos. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and taking it easy, surrounded by trees, greenery and birds. It's easy to get a taxi to the town centre or hotel area, but as these are expensive it's best to rent a sooter or atv, which reception can also arrange. Overall a very nice place to stay and great value

The studio is surrounded by wonderful greenery and is very comfortable, private and quit. He was extremely helpful in order for me to plan the stay for my brother and his wife, who absolutely loved the surroundings, the pools, and the studio. My brother has limited mobility and can not walk big distances and the place is very well suited for his needs and capabilities.

We had an amazing time! The apartment was great, and the rooftop was incredible. Everything looked just like in the pictures. Olga and Sebastian were very nice, helpful, and always responded quickly. One thing to mention: the roads are very bumpy and not well-developed. We had no issues with this since we were walking and also rented an e-bike--you get used to the roads! It's actually the same throughout the whole area, so if you plan to stay in La Valeta, those roads are the norm.

I went a couple of days and we had a great time, it is quiet and for my two chihuahuas to have access to the garden tmb was good, I liked it and I recommend it, that yes, the depa is a little dark, I would put a floor lamp but good is a matter of tastes. Sergio is very accessible.

We loveld the place honestly , spacious, clean, absolutely everything you needed it , even washing machines + dryer machines.The staff very friendly. Also security procedures to entry the property.

I stayed for a whole months, I could have easily lived there long term. Very peaceful and comfortable.

I have been many times in Tulum, but this was the best Airbnb I ever lived in. It was a beautiful and spacious garden, with a lot of plants, a great pool (much nicer than on the fotos.) And just two other apartments. So you have a lot og space for yourself to make yoga or cook outside. Also the property is very close to La Veleta, but stil quiet and surrounded by the jungle. Wherever you look, it is green. And the birds wake you up in the morning. Alejandro is a nice host, very polite and friendly. I will stay longer till June.

I stayed here for two weeks and really enjoyed my stay. I was travelling by myself so the space was perfect for me. The rooftop pool and gym were such a nice bonus and were both very quiet. There is a bit of construction outside, but that didn’t affect my stay at all. There’s some shops and restaurants in walking distance, but I would definitely recommend getting your own wheels to explore other areas of Tulum and go to the beach. The hosts were all very responsive and I really enjoyed my stay. Will rebook here when coming back to Tulum.

The studio is very well conditioned with all the useful accessories for the stay, everything is very nice.
