Nos sentimos como en casa ! Atención súper personalizada de parte de los Recepcionistas y de la chica de Limpieza ! El desayuno es excelente ! La ubicación es súper céntrica y accesible a Lugares para comer ! Volveremos a regresar pronto !

Amazing place, very easy quick access to a great beach with complementary day beds. Pool was very nice also. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near the beach - walking distance (under 10 min) to all the best spots

This place is BEAUTIFUL, the host was nothing short of amazing!! So very considerate and helpful. The location is perfect for everything! Depending on the time of day, the ruins and beach is less than ten minutes away. Tulum beach is about 20 minutes away too, again depends on the time of day. Just beautiful, everything was beautiful! STAY HERE!!

Buena estadía, muy tranquilo el ambiente Todo estaba impecable!

El lugar es bonito y agradable. Aunque a veces el internet fallaba en el tercero piso y el agua se iba en ratos cortos ya que no salía nada. Pero todo lo demás es muy bueno.

El sitio es espectacular, sobretodo las instalaciones. Todo estuvo super lindo. Lo unico incomodo es la ubicación, en las cercanias los caminos son de tierra. De por si, pasando por uno de esos caminos se me clavo a mi caucho un tornillo, menos mal que había cerca una cauchera, sino hubiese sido incomodo.

The hotel is beautiful and is an ideal rest oasis. The road to the hotel is not ideal on the last 200 meters so be warned to take it easy. The morning classes are great but unfortunately some of them have been shifted to another hotel location. The food is really tasty so are the drinks, although the later are on the expensive side. We’ve already been here twice, so overall it’s a great deal in the low season!

Muy buena experiencia durante mi estancia en Botånica. Para ser un Hostel las instalaciones están de lujo. Las camas son súper cómodas y todo se ve muy limpio. Se encuentra en una zona céntrica y tienes la opción de llevarte una bicicleta para recorrer todo mucho más rápido. Los desayunos son completos y muy sabrosos. Y lo mejor de todo es la atención que te da el personal. Fernando es encantador, se mostró atento, amable y cercano en todo momento. En definitiva, si vuelvo a Tulum será a Botånica.

Todo excelente. El espacio, los muebles y la cocina súper bien. Solo hay que tomar en cuenta que la bañera afuera de la habitación está a temperatura ambiente. Por supuesto que volvería a este hotel. Los anfitriones fueron super amables y atentos. Muy recomendable 👍🏻

Excelente atención por parte de Pedro ya que siempre estaba al pendiente y en constante comunicación, el lugar es cómodo, tranquilo y acogedor, tal cual como se describe, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera ya que cuenta con piscina en el interior del edificio y a mi gusto la que está arriba es mejor por el clima. Se encuentra en una excelente ubicación ya que prácticamente cruzando está el Chedraui, está en una zona intermedia rumbo a la zona hotelera y la zona centro, por lo que trasladarse a cualquier lugar es práctico, como mucha gente terminé contratando auto para moverme libremente, el complejo si bien cuenta con estacionamiento, por lo general está lleno, así que en lo personal todos los días lo tenía que estacionar en la parte de afuera, sin embargo, la zona es muy tranquila y constamente vigilada por patrullas por lo que el auto se quedaba seguro y desde la terraza del apartamento podía verlo. En general todo bien

This was such a wonderful stay! The space looks just like the photos and it is very spacious! The hosts were extremely proactive, responsive, and accommodating. The building is secure and makes you feel like you are right at home. There is a cafe just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. Thank you for hosting me in this beautiful space!

Great and unique place to stay! We did not want to leave.

We had a lovely relaxing time in this lovely home on the beach. We were only six people but this house has seven bedrooms and seating for 16 so we had loads of space. The are many living spaces so even if you are a lot of people there is still space to relax. The onsite team kept the house clean and tidy each day, they even did our washing. They did an amazing job. Even when the power went out they were quick to bring online the backup generator so didn’t have any problems. The house is situated on Tankah bay, although no life guards its very calm and seems fairly safe to paddle board and swim. Bring your snorkel so you can see the coral and fish. It’s about 10mins drive from tulum, taxis and bus (with a walk) are possible but would highly recommend you rent a car to get to this house. There are security patrols so you feel safe all the time. Will be going back…

Lagoon hotel was an amazing place to stay for my first time in Tulum. The place looks and feels exactly like it’s shown in the pics, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend staying here! El hotel Lagoon fue un lugar increíble para alojarse para mi primera vez en Tulum. El lugar se ve y se siente exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, y el personal era todo increíblemente amable y servicial. Definitivamente recomiendo alojarse aquí!
