Monthly Rentals in Tolfa

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

We chose Lucia’s apartment for our last night of a 5 week Italian tour because it’s only 30 minutes to FCO airport. As soon as we arrived and saw the beautiful surroundings and met Lucia, we immediately wished we could extend the trip and stay for a few days. Lucia was the most welcoming and kind person that we probably ever met! We had an amazing conversation and felt as if we’d known each other for years. The home is from the 1600s and is part of a larger beautiful farmhouse. The apartment is equipped with everything needed and has plenty of room and very comfortable. The area nearby is peaceful beyond belief, very rustic pastureland and rolling hills. The lake is also about 15 minutes away and is also stunning. I hope you are also lucky enough to meet Lucia and stay at her home.

I spent three wonderful days in Saverio's accommodation. It is a historic cottage just outside the walls of Oriolo, and consists of a living area overlooking the street and Oriolo inside the walls, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a second bedroom upstairs accessible by a very comfortable and solid spiral staircase. There are two bars under the house, one of which is very popular, where the pastries and coffee are excellent. The main facade is on the street, Via Claudia, which is quite busy, so in summer with the windows open I think it's a bit annoying. Otherwise, the house is absolutely perfect
