Jennifer’s houseboat was amazing! She literally thought of everything and went above and beyond. It is such a cute, cozy, private, unique spot! Jennifer was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The instructions in the houseboat were very detailed and easy to follow. We can’t wait to go back!!

When I was looking for a place of solitude and rejuvenation I found it at the Home in Hammond on 9 Riverledge Road, and I couldn't have asked for a better navigator in a host. I was looking to take my dog on his own adventure, and by the end we both felt like it was home (It's well named!). If you are looking peace, come here. You will be guided by a skilled navigator and host who will help you find your way to solitude. At the end I had to pick my dog up to get back in the car because he didn't want to leave and neither did I. We are beyond grateful. I'll be returning, with my dog each year, as long as I can.

Great location on the main street, with everything needed for a great stay! Apartment was spotless, with many extras like coffee and toiletries. Walkable to many great shops and restaurants. Shawna was always responsive, and a great host!
