House was very cozy and had everything you’d need. The neighborhood is quiet and Patricia communicates really well. I’d highly recommend this house for solo travelers.

Jia was an incredible host. I stayed at her place for four weeks in between leases and she made me feel right at home. She answered all my questions and checked in on me during my stay to make sure everything was going well. The house is very nice, in a quiet neighborhood and I never had trouble finding parking right outside the house. The entire first floor is yours so it’s very private and easy to get comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus as well! I’d definitely recommend Jia’s place to anyone who needs a private, long term rental.

This place is Amazing! The sweet-Laughlin’s pulled out all the stops. Felt right at home nice and clean. This was probably the most well appointed Airbnb I have stayed in, they really thought of everything. It’s a really cool space they transformed and we have already booked our return stay.

It was a very nice and comfortable place.
